Lets try and remember folks, the Apple Store has gone down before without any updates. For all we know it could be routine maintenance... or they're putting Mac OS 9 back on sale.

If Apple had a new product they would have announced it formally at the expo and then updated the store.

The Mac Pro owners are left in the dark for the past year (don't count the 8-core).

just to remind people, this isn't the first time apple's closed the stores only to reopen with nothing interesting updated. click here for a past example. also, when apple updates a product, i think they usually close all the stores.
