It just struck me; Suede's "No Tomorrow" reminds me quite a lot of Royksopp's "The Alcoholic".

Similar-ish video theme but not the song obviously and the Suede video is more a picture of mental collapse not a self inflicted malady.

Manic Street Preachers - Faster

Mine was by a all girl group Id never seen before. There two free music tv channels in new zealand. One plays old stuff and the other newer stuff. On the newer one this asian (Japanese maybe) girl group sang a song about Ice Cream. It was a hoot!!!.. and so different from the 'woe is me' type music that seems so popular today.
