I doubt steve jobs would like his name being thrown around everything.

If your a real apple/ steve jobs fan this is not his legacy.
Nothing simple or elegant about the propoganda happening right now. The apple event should have ended
it all. That was fitting. This is milking.

Do you really want this guy to write this movie? The same person who wrote the screenplay for the Social Network, yet did not have even a facebook page? I'm not saying we should get an Apple fanboy to do this, but someone who is familiar with Apple products and lore. I watched the Social Network and I felt that it made geeky people look bad. Aaron Sorkin I feel will focus mostly on how Steve was a jerk and little on what mark he made in the history of tech.

I would only ever consider Noah Wyle for the part. You have to take in to consideration how close Jobs and Wyle got following the film, the peak of which the public saw when Noah impersonated Steve before (I believe) MacWorld.
If you really read up about Pirates Of Silicon Valley, you get an insight on just how personal Noah considered that role. He was relentless in getting every little detail, mannerism, and look just right. He perfected the role, and I would love to see him do it again on a more grand scale.
He's my only choice for the role, if he doesn't get it in this film, it would be a blind mistake on Sony's part, and a real disappointment which would make Pirates the better movie based on Noah's portrayal alone.

Wow. I never knew Sorkin's mom was a MacRumors fan. (Basing this on all the negative votes any post w/ a Sorkin criticism gets). What a great mom protecting her kid.

Movies take a LONG time to make. The movie isn't even written yet. Don't expect anything for 2 years.

Christian bale or Noah Wyle. Bale has a lot of personal similarities as well as proffessional. Tom Hardy would be great as Jony.
