It has to do with region as well as time. Consider this: they get a shipment that is sent toward the Midwest they will break that up per timing, but since they are attempting to spread it across the globe there are instances where times that are very close to yours may end up getting charged and shipped before you (even if they ordered slightly after) if it fits the logistics that they are working with.

All of that being said: assuming no bank holds etc you should be charged soon as they are in your window right now. (soon being tonight/tomorrow)

Not yet but my bank is charged. The alert to that woke me up. I have to believe that the tracking number is going to post by morning if not before and I'm PRAYING TO THE GODS it's UPS as I work at the hub that delivers to my house.
