I think it usually comes off as patronizing, but they are just doing what they are told. Kind of like that 1984 commercial, except they all have on fake smiles.

I would probably try to keep in mind they have likely been taking hostile calls since Friday and the fact they are still attempting to put on a cheerful facade to customers is commendable.

I know they are doing what they are told but it still just bothers me...just talk to us like humans...id respect you a lot more

can we stop using the BSB acronym please? all space grey ship with a black sports band. we know that. all you have to say is 42mm SG or 38 mm SG. adding BSB gives no value at all.

The "dark colored" stainless steel link version is Space BLACK not Space Grey so there's no way the two will get confused.
