Apple gets shipping notifications. They know how many watches are on these planes. Take that number, subtract how many people ahead of me in line. Tell me the answer. I'd be satisfied with that.

yeah I would love a spot in line number. I mean then at least we would have a realistic idea about how many are getting shipped out daily and how if we have a chance of being the next batch or not.

Looks like second wave orders are definitely in motion. My 42mm SG entered "Preparing to Ship" this morning after my AppleCare was charged yesterday. I'm still scheduled for 5/13-5/27, but we'll see once I get a tracking number.
Pensacola, FL
Confirmation was XX:04:48am

So am I correct in saying that no one has gotten charged yet today?

So far 1 person from Toronto Canada his details are
42 Space Gray
xx:05.17
That was a few hours ago, thats all I seen. Not much movement as oppose to yesterday where things were rolling for a bit by this time

Is everyone going off the email confirmation time? I got a XX:06 time. Hoping I will see a charge tomorrow if not later today!

Okay I have a small concern:

Yesterday around 8pm I got my tracking number and apple order page changed to Shipped. Apple also sent me an email last night saying "Order Shipped, delivers Tuesday April 28th." However, today my tracking number still shows "order processed, Ready for ups". According to UPS, the order hasn't moved yet. Should I be concerned about receiving my watch tomorrow?

Hate to break it to you, but you're not likely to see anything today. They're still working on xx:04s and barely touched early xx:05s.

Have to agree. I'm xx:05.17, Space Gray 42 and I was VERY hopeful yesterday only to be crushed and today is not looking good at all so far.

Saint Paul, MN. It is currently on a truck and out for delivery. Comcast style time window - 13:15 to 17:15.

For whatever it's worth, Monday's are generally hell for us. My drivers averaged 800-100 packages per truck and they don't come back to the hub until it's all delivered. A four hour estimate is a logistical miracle.

I picked mine up at 815am this morning. Charged, set up and have been working my way through all the tweaks and apps.

I'm betting that the majority of people who set their alarms to order are in the :03s, :04s, and :05s. So, I'd think that once most of the :05s are handled, the numbers trail off considerably after that point.

I'm a :17 (because the apple store app wouldn't work properly on my phone, and a I had to start over completely on my computer) - but I'm (optimistically) thinking that there were fewer orders between :06 and :17 than there were between :02 and :05.

I'm inclined to agree. I'm late in the 06's (X:06:41) myself and a bit pessimistic about seeing any movement on my watch this week. I'm still listed as mid-May so I'll survive bit I'd obviously love to see it sooner.

I ordered my SG 42mm watch this Sunday (26) it says June delivery. WHEN DO YOU GUYS THINK I WILL GET IT? I heard some June people already have theirs for delivery....could mine be shipped this week or the next?

(I'm Canadian if it makes a difference (Montreal)

Thanks for the input

have you ever gotten a UPS tracking number before? the updates aren't accurate to the second. they generally update once a day. chances are your package has moved but the tracking page hasn't updated and won't for a while. relax. your watch is coming on the quoted delivery date.

42mm Sport - Space Gray
Confirmation: X:07:55
Estimate: May 13-27
Still processing, no charge.

Here is what's interesting, Friday night I ordered the 42mm Sport Blue with a June shipping estimate. Checked the status this AM and the blue has bumped up to May 10 - 17 and now have a pending charge. Now I'm not sure if the pending charge is for the SG or the Blue Sport...

Pending charge could just be a temp hold and/or shipping address verification. I've had the same for a few days but nothing has actually charged or shipped.

in my opinion, it's the opposite. a very limited number of folks got into the 4/24-5/8 window. with the majority of folks in the second wave window. so the second wave window is the LARGEST of all the windows in terms of number of people sitting in "processing items."

Anyone that got charged and went to shipped yesterday get live tracking? My UPS tracking just shows "Order processed: Ready for UPS" with a scheduled delivery of tomorrow. Hoping it's actually tomorrow but UPS doesn't have the package as of yet. Also my Apple "shipped" email says "Delivers by Apr 28" which is tomorrow.

Origin for the label shows as MOUNT JULIET, TN, US.

Shipping to NYC.

Yeah, but I'm not talking about the window. I'm talking about the time stamp.

From what I've read, people who ordered the SG in the :04s and :05s got that second window. I'll bet that made up half of the orders right there (anything earlier than :03 is seriously Johnny on the Spot).

It's certainly anecodotal... but I haven't seen very many people with time stamps later than :06. Most of us had something go wrong that made it take longer. I would guess that's a minority.

Ready for UPS means the distributor generated the tracking number, slapped it on the box and sent their batch of tracking numbers for their day to us. UPS hasn't even laid eyes on the package yet. You'll see your tracking information update later tonight
