Same location and ordered 30 seconds before you - hopefully that means I'll get charged today.
Based off of everything in the forums, i assume that the shipping method that Apple is using goes based off of time as well as region. if they have enough stock going to a certain region, it would make sense to disperse those stock amongst the region, even though others are still waiting.
So far there is just 1 UPS plane that is in the air from Anchorage to Louisville. Due in at 9:01 AM EST.

Yeah, just joking around trying to lighten the mood and release some of this built up tension in here! I got charged and and got a shipping notification, so it's only a matter of time for me now. Happy for you getting your hands on one!
...and UPS 77 just left China. Yesterday this flight number ultimately ended in Ontario, CA. Does not mean various cargo is not redistributed in Anchorage though.

It seemed like most of the charges were late last night when planes landed in Louisville. Is that correct?
I received the 38mm green watch yesterday. It said origin scan was Louisville.. But on the box, the label was Tennessee...

Is Apple's status changes done when a plane lands? The hub my watch would arrive to is Louisville, so when another plane lands in Louisville, is that when i should expect the possibility of a change or is it random?
No... It will do that from time to time especially if it has t been scanned as picked up yet.

I was charged 11 hours ago, about the times that the planes landed in Louisville. Still no update on Apple regarding status. Is there still a chance my watch was on one of those planes?
Louisville is in Kentucky! I'm in Southern Indiana. About 5 miles from Louisville .
It seems that many of the watches delivered Friday/Saturday were assembled in week 14/15.
If as you speculate we've hit the point of what gets built gets delivered, it will be slow for the rest of the :04-06's.
It's a bit anticlimactic once you get it. Why? It's a watch and it does some things but not many. Also it's a bit confusing.
