I figured since my watch went to shipping, yours is going through soon. 24 hours ago, I was assuming my watch might not arrive until next week (which would still be way ahead of the 5/13-5/27 window I was given).
Throughout this thread, people have been using the time their order confirmation email arrived as time they ordered it's the only number we have. However, I still don't believe it's a rough indication of where we really are in line. I'm positive I pressed [buy] well before :05:41.
Apple needs to give us a better idea of when we are actually going to receive our order in their next release. It's silly for them to tell people who order something a few minutes after sales start that they have to wait up to 1½ months and then it turns out they actually deliver in the first week of shipping. We shouldn't have to keep guessing when it will actually arrive.
Since we're guessing though, I have my fingers crossed that everyone who ordered their #⌚️ in the first minutes of preorders will actually see delivery this week or next. Tim Cook told investors Monday that Apple plans to ship to more countries in late June and I don't see how they could plan to do that if they don't fulfill all their preorders.

I keep looking at the SG threads and see people posting how many minutes and seconds after launch that they ordered and still haven't gotten their watch. Then I look at my 4/13 order date and sigh...

That's because despite what ny Apple Rep tells you the charge goes through when the Watch leaves the factory before it is on a plane. If you were charged (US anyway) your watch has shipped. The only thing that could change after a flight lands is that you can get more detailed info from UPS about your specific package.

I can't believe it! The idiots at Bamk of America declined my Apple Pay approved credit card charge in the middle of the night! What the hell is it which them and
? They did the same thing during the iPhone 5 launch when I walked to Starbucks and bought a coffee. When I got back to the line to pay my CC was declined, good thing I have an Amex too! On the phone with App,e to see what is going on! Still saying 4-6 weeks for delivery!

I haven't spoken with anyone at Apple ever in regards to the watch. I made my order on April 10th at 00:05:55 and have sat "patiently" since. I've been going on what I've seen from these forums (I know, it's a small sample size). Based on what has been going on, seems that the first 3 minutes of orders were charged AFTER planes landed in KY. In hindsight, the orders may have been charged BEFORE the planes landed.
All this means nothing. Just another person guessing in the wind like everyone else here. Never do I ever assume someone on here is 'in the know'. It's all hearsay and guesses, with the occasional trolling. It's just for fun.

I updated my info- I think I incorrectly typed in my zip.
Does anyone know if this will impede my delivery?
