Anyone else purchase theirs through Barclaycard, did you see the post that they will not process payments for the watch now. Kinda has me worried since I did mine through Barclaycard with Apple rewards.

Currently in flight to Vegas, so mine will be stuck at a UPS store till I get back on Friday. I land at 11pm Thursday, so I may just camp out at the UPS store till Friday morning lol, have myself a private launch day. Hope the elongated shape of the package doesn't give away that it's an Apple Watch and have someone steal it.

Anyone else purchase theirs through Barclaycard, did you see the post that they will not process payments for the watch now. Kinda has me worried since I did mine through Barclaycard with Apple rewards.

I ordered 2 watches, both using a newly acquired Barclaycard. The Stainless Steel one had a delivery date 4/24-5/8. Because I applied for the Barclaycard a few days before the pre-order date (4/10) I had to use apple.com store instead of my apple store app on my phone because I needed to link to my new card without having the physical Barclaycard.

This delayed my orders; I ordered a 42mm SG sports watch at XX:12:23 and a 42mm SS with classic buckle at XX:24:05.

The CC charge for the SS watch happened on 4/29 and the watch was delivered on 4/30.

No issues with paying with Barclaycard.

Delivery between May 13-27 after confirmation at 12:11 PST. All this news of early delivery has made it worse . Absolutely nothing has changed here. I do have hopes of seeing good news tomorrow or Tuesday.

Not only no guarantee but only 1 flight originated near the Watch factory. Not saying there won't be some in transit but tired of misplaced hype. If 7 cargo aircraft were carrying only Watches the entire back log would have been cleared in 2 days.

UPS has 7 flights from Anch to Louisville daily. It's their business 365 days a year. Not just when Apple launches a product.
