Well: When did you order - can you please feed complete information - else useless...
Apple is very good with Logistics. I would say your shipping estimates already take into account there is no delay for customs clearance, air shipment, etc. There is a google spreadsheet linked a few (dozen?) pages back in this thread where ppl have been putting in their order times and shipping estimates. It would be interesting to see if your shipping estimates are a few days better than those of ppl who ordered around the same time.
I went online and printed out paper "dummy" watches to try on before ordering. I have a Citizen Eco Drive that is pretty small. It's only 5mm thick. It is a squarish 42 mm case and I realized that while I initially thought I'd like the 38mm, I really wanted the 42. I went to the Apple Store for a try on appointment and confirmed what I'd learned using the paper "watch." This allowed me to order within a few hours of initial preorder window opening up and I'm STILL waiting until late May or early June, (5/29-6/11 to be exact).

I'm in the boat I'm in due to those damned paper watches. I tried on both and decided the 38 would work best for me, so that's what I ordered on 4/10. On 4/12, I went to an Apple Store and tried on a 38 and a 42 and realized I made a huge mistake so I went home and ordered a 42. I sold the 38 on eBay (it arrived 4/29) but I won't get my 42 until "June 22 - June 29". The only positive about this experience is the extra $$ I made on the 38.
I ordered 42mm SGA April 10 , 2 hours after pre order opened and I have a delivery date of Jun 3 to June 16.
Apple royally screwed up on this pre order as I see others receiving watches who ordered after me. I understand the 42mm has a higher demand and that's the reason for the 38mm shipping. But I also see people receiving 42mm that ordered after me which is complete BS.

I don't think anyone who ordered a SG BSB after you has received one. We're still at about 15m after for that model. They did screw up in seemingly underestimating the demand for this one model, however, agreed.
Yes they did. Apple totally messed this up. This is horrible waiting time. the first add said EARLY 2015 not may/June. This is bull and any fan boy that thinks it isn't is kind of stupid. ALL of the models have weeks waiting time and there are 6 different color version of the watch. Come on now. This production sucks major balls. We still haven't gotten out of 4/10. That's crazy. Pre-orders opened April 10. I miss Steve.

You couldn't have ordered 2 hours after preorder because the next wave is May 29-jun 11 and I ordered at 7:48:22 PST. I don't know. I'm still pissed I have to wait for something that shouldn't have already been produced before release. Smh. Apple says "im going to sell you lemonade" and just hand you the cup. Smh.
What chaps my *ss the most about all this is Apple's reluctance to make a statement and explain what the holdup is and what they're doing to correct it. It is totally unacceptable that anything ordered on 4/10 is not in the hands (or on the wrist) of the person who ordered.
I'm with ya. You should totally cancel your order just to show Apple you're not going to put up with their crap.
The thing is Apple is making hand over fist with this watch and just the iphone that it won't care to really respond to users. It's the just the sad fact that since they are just so powerful that nothing else we ask them will really matter to them. I'm sure they will learn from this but I feel like they can do whatever they want.
I ordered @ 4:10 am Mtn Time. Not sure what the time conversion is. And yeah it would have been a nice gesture that Apple updated people on why it is taking so long to get pre orders filled. Especially when they are selling at stores now (Max Fields.)
Correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't the watch been available at Maxfield's since launch day?
My consternation is the lack of communication from Apple. Come on, Apple. Would a simple email kill ya?
Yes launch day was first day available for Maxfields. Which I think is bad business practice, take care of pre orders first, then to stores.
And now Tim Cook is telling people that the watch will be in stores in June. I preordered on April 11. I will be really sore if the watch I bought, the 42mm black sport, is at the stores before mine arrives. If so, buyers who gave the company our credit card numbers more than a month ago ought to be thanked with a charger, a band or an apple credit. it happened with the initial iPad. I had a long wait and was given a case, which cost the company very little and eased the bitterness I felt. This time there's not even a "sorry for the wait" email.
I preordered at 6:36 (New York time) and have and my delivery estimated is between 28 May, 2015 - 10 Jun, 2015 by Next Day Shipping

See Apple is not fulfilling orders in number placed. You ordered 7:48:22 PST which is 8:48 am my time, and I actually ordered 4:10 am Mtn which is 3:10 AM pst. You ordered the 42mm SGA? My delivery date says June1-June 12.
