Space Gray Orders Post here!

Hi guys,

Anybody had their order changed to preparing for dispatch or dispatched that are not on the 24/4 - 8/5 delivery estimate?

I've read about quite a few other models that have, but any for the SG?

Someone in the UK thread says his has been dispatched. Think he may be the only one though.
Mine's still preparing for dispatch. 08:02:19 order, no AEOD
 
Got the email last night. 42mm Space Gray sport with black band. Order conf came in at 3:04 in Ohio. Are there any more planes etc being staged for delivery tomorrow?
 
I'm so frustrated by the haphazard launch strategy...

I ordered a 42mm Sport Space Grey @ 8:02am on the 10th (email confirmation @ 8:03am) - got the cr*ppy email last night that many others received too. No sign of a status change, no charge on my CC, nothing.

I ordered 2 Apple Watches for work later in the afternoon (different shipping & billing address) - one 42mm Sport with White Band (estimated shipping date of June) and one 38mm SS with Black Sport Band (estimated 4-6 weeks shipping). Both of these changed status today and are now shipping for delivery tomorrow!

Poor planning on Apple's part - how can I not receive my watch, yet the watches with shipping dates in June are coming tomorrow!

Very disappointed.
 
Received the ambiguous "we're working on your order" email this morning for my 42mm SG, so it's time to put Plan B into action when my wife and kids wake up:

"So, kids, you know how we're going to Disneyland Tuesday morning? Well, Dad's shiny, new Apple Watch isn't going to make it here on launch day, despite preordering at 12:03 A.M. If I'm not here when UPS or FedEx shows up sometime in the next two weeks, it's going to be returned to my friends Angela and Tim. So, yeah, we're not going to see Mickey and Minnie."

This has turned in to a complete cluster ****.

Ok.. so maybe NEXT Friday? I should have ordered the 42.
 
Wow my 42mm SG that I ordered on 4/20 is shipping to me tomorrow by eod. :D:D:D Apple ramped up production fast. Its party time!!!
 
My SG 42mm black band 12:03 notification has shipped!!!! Shows up in my apple support profile as well. Odd thing is that it's coming from Harrisburg PA and I live in TN.

So excited
