Space Grey Apple Watch UK

I think the other thread has an emphasis now on deliveries not on processing problems.

If anyone has changes this pm then please post back
 
Mine was delivered about 30 mins ago.

Got my order confirmation through at 8:01am on morning of the 10th. Seems people even a minute out missed the boat for this model.
 
It will be interesting to see some movement again for the rest of us. We can oy speculate when they will start shopping again.
 
I also ordered the SG42mm at 8.04 launch day and have had nothing happen since, apart from a £1 charge on my card on 21/4 and the email of death on wednesday night. does anyone actually have any information about whats going on?
 
There is another thread about a call from an Apple Exec about issues but nothing concrete. We just have to wait and hope each day for some progress.

Or Apple could just tell us that it will be next Friday before allocations start again - managing expectations is the key factor for me now.

Agreed, just got off the phone with Apple and they couldn't/wouldn't give me any more info. Just said that everything with my order looked fine and they'd be doing everything in order...

So frustrating!

Yeah I was aware of that but I thought "Hey... there a quite a few people in the UK that might want some more info like me"

Turns out I was right!
 
That's what's annoying me now too. They keep trotting out the line about things being done in order when they're so clearly not.

If there are issues with 42mm SG stock then just tell us and let us decide if we want to change to something else!

yeah, If i'd known I would've gone for the white sport - maybe some sort of real time stock bar (no numbers just a +/- bar of stock levels) or something as you're ordering.

Never know, I might've even gone for a steel one!
 
I'm thinking about changing to a 42mm SS Classic Buckle. If I'm going to have to wait until June I can afford to upgrade myself a little.
 
I have no idea how their manufacturing and distribution works - I would love to think we can expect movements each day. But how long does it take to make a watch? How many do they make before they ship them? Do they send via air? How long once they land etc.

Hoping for some news, for anybody this afternoon so we see that if it is a daily progress thing or weekly.

I'm in the same boat so it's a useful thread seems like there is a shortage of the space grey watch in UK.

Ordered mine at 08:05 no movement still processing, not happy first launch I've missed having it on the first day, guess my luck ran out!

Dover Street market in London has them in stock from what I've heard.

Have to be at home today otherwise I'd head down.

I ordered mine @8:03 my and I have nothing apart from the email on Thursday, my mate ordered @8:02 and got his at 11am today
I also have a SBSS on order but that's months off!!!!!!

to answer my own question - they can't be because the one I ordered afterwards has this WO number: W445345087
 
So we don't know when ours are going to arrive, yet unofficial outlets like Dover Street Market have them in stock?

That's rather poor form.
 
It looks like everyone who are now still "processing" and have the 24/4-8/5 shipping received the EOD. So we must be the next phase of shipments.

Question is...WHEN???

Same here, 8.04 confirmation SG42, still on processing, checked with credit card company Wednesday lunch time and no charges by Apple. Got my eod Wednesday night.

I'm glad there is a specific UK thread for this watch now, we might be able to figure out what's happening.

I'm gutted my watch isn't coming today, I don't understand how Apple could have underestimated the demand by such a massive amount? #

Hearing that people who ordered at 8:09 have had their watches delivered just adds insult to injury. #

Edit: I'm in the 24/4-8/5 delivery window

Sigh - Silver/Green Sport is being delivered today at 16:00 ish - which blows as thats the girlfriends. We are swapping bands, so my Space Grey Sport is in Processing hell. I wanted SG Sport + Green Band, she wanted Silver + Black.

So we will have 1 watch to look at on the desk, and another in processing hell. I wouldn't mind so much - but honestly how difficult can it be to just let us know whats going on.

Seems very odd they underestimated a single SKU like the SG Sport + Black band when there is only 1. Seems a little daft.

So I have AEOD, 08:04:46 confirmed email, SG Sport, No Charge as yet 14:00 friday.
