Yep you are right. They are back in stock which should mean the revised versions are infact available. Hopefully they will begin to send out replacements soon.
This is what I got from their facebook reply regarding about the black color one in stock on their website:

This is how the new Speck CandyShell new design looks like. They said it will be on the market next week, and the new back cut addressed the camera flash issue. I can't wait to replace my old beat up one already

well looks like ill be calling for a replacement one hopefully they have white ones available. so if i call an complain they'll give me a free case plus my replacement or is it one or the other?
Hopefully these come instock on their website soon, I can't stand this cheapo Bestbuy case much longer and my free Apple case won't be coming for another month or so. Also hope they have affordable shipping to Canada.

My black case still flakes. Let's see how this one holds up. I believe this is a 3rd revision.
If your screen protector is centered correctly you should be good to go. None out of the 3 speck cases I had damaged my screen protector. Also the 3rd revision of the case that I just posted pics of DOES NOT interfere with the flash!
I'm still trying to understand what made them to decided that flaking material crap on the black cases. Should've just been a hard case all around

I got my wife a white Candyshell (with the black ring, not the oval, around the camera lens) and it seems that Speck fixed the peeling of the rubber. She hasn't had any problems with it for the last week and the rubber seems a tad different, more grippy and stronger. Were as her original Black Candyshell (which I'm now using till my local AT&T gets the revised Candyshell) was peeling around the entire rubber edge.
That's good to hear. Thought AT&T would have the revised cases by now. I was in AT&T store the other day and they hadn't gotten in the revised ones yet. They still had the old ones.
I guess people just have to be a little more patient...
lol...me!! Finally I get a revised speck. But all in all at the end of the day I still only spent about 38 bucks. But I def need to be more patient
Its funky so I got it. Its super bright and it stands out...plus I have a pair of dunks to match perfect with them
