Got mine super quick even with the free groung shipping from wireless rage. Grey/green looks great, and I am super happy with it. Will probably be my primary case for now. Only things I didn't care for: headphone jack is pretty small, and the finish seems to scratch a little too easily.
I never followed up on this. I got the grey/lime case last week. I love it. I have had a ton of cases prior to this including some of the switcheasy rebels which got some attention. No case has gotten as much attention as this one though. Some may not like this however, so keep this in mind. If you don't want your phone to get noticed, do not get this case. 
As to the case itself, it fits perfectly well. Very nice solid feel. The bottom part of the case that cracked on atomics case does feel a bit too pliable. I am kinda concerned about that piece, but so far so good. You do have a one year warranty from Speck on the case so that is good.
The only other gripe I had about it initially was the buttons. You really have no tactile input as to whether or not you actually pushed the button. Not that big of a deal, but it does force you to look at the screen to make sure you put the phone to sleep, or really did press the volume rocker or not. However, over the past week, I have gotten used to it and don't mind it as much.
Overall, an awesome case and will be my main one that I think I will always use for my default from now on. (I do have 8 cases or so, so that is saying something.)

I've had the SwitcEasy Colors and Contour Flick- Candyshell takes the best aspects of both. Thickness not too bad, I had a little trouble getting the phone "aligned" with the case so that the volume controls worked properly, but otherwise this will be the case I leave on my phone forever (or until the next must-have case comes out of course).
I will agree that the headphone cover makes it harder for jacks that aren't long to fit completely in the phone- my apple and Zbudz earphones work fine, but my line in cable for car listening doesn't fit all the way, so I'll have to find a longer jack to use.

I just wanted to add my opinion about this case. I got 2 of them last week and i am pretty pleased. The buttons are a little hard but seem to work ok, the back is prone to scratches because of its gloss finish but it's not terrible and after all it is a case. The lighter colors of the silicone will get "dirty" but there is very little exposed, might be easily cleaned.
That said.. i love the feel, the design, and the protection!
I chose this over a slider, mostly because i got 2(shipped) for the price of one slider and i think it offers better protection.

nah, i like it. I was just saying i think in ways mainly design and protection it beats a slider.
They must be selling like crazy because 3 out of 4 colors are currently sold out. 2/3/09 12pm est and have been that way for over a week. I wanted to order more colors.
imo nothing beats the design of the slider....i'm not a fan of those candyshell colors...might get one if they have new colors
i've had mine about a week now. besides not really being the color i thought it was going to be (i keep telling everyone it's gray and salmon not gray and pink), i think this is by far my favorite. it really feels like it has a tight fit, slides in and out of the pocket well, good grip in my hand, feels extremely durable, i just can't say enough good about it.
previous cases: contour showcase, contour hardcase, iskin revo, switcheasy capsule neo, incase slider, ivyskin quattro t-4. i had different problems with each and everyone of these. i may have found the best with this candyshell. if it came in black and silver or black and gray i think i'd give it an even better rating.

lol does yours look that pink?? i got the same color and it looks more orange to me but it more bright then i expected. I like it it reminds me of a nice pair of Nike's. I also go the gray and green but i gave that to my wife since she likes green a lot.
I too am having the plastic shell splitting at the bottom. rubber is still attached. However my dock port isnt growing a jungle. LOL

I have two of these and my wife that seems to beat on cases are both fine. I wonder if its a specific color. The images from before with the break was red/white...and the only one not in stock now is red/white.

Right now, I'm trying to decide between this case, the Candyshell, and the Switcheasy NeoCapsule.
Based on the info about the hard shell of the Candyshell cracking and the basic construction of the NeoCapsule, I'm leaning towards the latter... Will be checking up on this thread from time to time though.

I've got a slider that I've literally never used.. I would be willing to trade it for a candy shell.. I have a skin on my iPhone (sort of.. a graphic on the back) and It won't fit the slider so Its been sitting here for 3 weeks unused.

I ordered a Candyshell and a Switchway belt case. Too bad the black one is not available right now so I went for the grey one (Jawbreaker).
Including shipping to The Netherlands ($16,50) my totall bill for both items is now only $ 29,60 (approx. 22,-)
