The ultra oleo phobic aren't much different. In fact I question whether there is any coating on it at all

I'm experiencing the same thing with my Spigen Ultra Crystal. :(
It's esp annoying having lunch playing on the iPhone while eating a hamburger and fries, and not to be able to simply wipe away the greasy smudges with my shirt sleeve. Full Grease removal requires using a micro fiber cloth AND liquid. Is there another brand/model iPhone5 screen protector that better resists greasy smudging and can more easily be cleaned with shirt sleeve alone? :confused:

I have not found this to be the case. I've had an ultra crystal on since day one and have found that a single wipe on my jeans or pulling it out of my pocket results in a clean screen. I don't know about slopping burger grease on it and all, but it seems to be fairly high quality!
