My wife has the metal slate - it looks fab, sort of bluish grey on the back, with black sides and rubber. Very sophisticated.

I have the white one... which I love, because it looks like Stormtrooper armour to me :)

Guys, I ordered the Tough Armor for the 5C on amazon.uk. However there's a lot of info on the internet about fake sellers that pretend to be Spigen, and I'm afraid of getting a fake one.

Bare in mind, I ordered through the seller on the right, saying Spigen UK Store, it was the main one, costed me 13£.

Tough Armour should have an RRP of £19.99 in the UK. I got mine from the Spigen ebay store, and they came with their certificates of authenticity, so they seem to be legit.

Received my slim armor S today, white/grey, i like the way it looks from the front but the back seems too boring for me. Mind you i have the neo hybrid which is straight black in the back, i was thinking about getting the tough armor since it has the apple logo circle cut out, should i go for it guys?
 
This is the first case i've owned that i haven't felt the need to change cases every few days, It's not a perfect case, but it's essentially exactly what i'm looking for

Me too. I have a gold tough armor and a gold slim armor s. I find myself using the slim armor more because it doesn't have a hole in the back, and it shows some gold from the front sides of the case too. You guys should check out the slim armor s, it's really nice!

It has bevelled edges which are hard, because they are made of hard plastic, but they're not sharp in any way. Feels fine in-hand - sure, you can definitely tell you are holding something with straight plastic edges and it's sharper than a naked iPhone. But really, the mix of hard rubber bumpers and hard plastic sides is fine. Feels good to grip.
 
My Spigen Tough Armor for the iPhone 5C just arrived. ;)

It's pretty nice actually, I'm loving it.

However, the backplate is kind of weird. I mean, it's really nicely attached to the rest of the case, but you can feel the edges. Is that normal?

Yes it is, i can slightly feel it on my iPhone 5s.
 
I just got my Tough Armor for my 5s that I ordered from China for like $5. It came in the exact same plastic case as the real one and looks exactly like a real one. I've seen some pictures and videos of real vs fake and this one looks real. It fits very well and securely. For those that have one from Spigen, does the air cushion corners feel soft or any softer than the rest of the inner case? It feels like the inner part is a firmer tpu instead of the typical soft cushiony tpu. Are others peoples like this? Is there anywhere I can buy one in store to compare? I like the case a lot but it doesn't seem like very much cushioning.

Corners feel the same as the rest of the case, and the TPU portions are very firm. Almost a hard rubber as opposed to TPU

I'm confident that this case would survive a small drop. Nothing like the Defender or other similar tough cases, but your average bump off a table, or drop out of a pocket, and it should be fine
