Anyone else have issues with delivery and customer service through Spigen directly? Tomorrow will be 2 1/2 weeks since I placed my order and 2 weeks from the ship date and nothing. And the USPS site only mentions the 'electronically notified by shipper' business, no tracking detail. I have contacted them and they initially responded a week ago and said to contact them again if it didn't show up by Saturday. Contacted them again and now 3 days later and no response.
 
I'm in a similar situation, only not quite as long. The bad thing is that I am traveling and will be leaving tomorrow. I suspect that they are either too busy and clearly cannot even take the time to reply or just dont have the item (Glas.tr nano) and too incompetent to update the site to state that. What I ordered had previously stated "ships in 1-2 weeks" and I did not order earlier because of that. Now Im wishing I hadnt trusted the removal of that note.

Ive ordered from them several times and not had this issue.

in my case, i actually got a shipping notification on the 19th, and Spigen themselves told me it actually (supposedly) shipped the 18th. they said the USPS site probably just didn't scan the package properly which is why it's not showing updated tracking info. that was over a week ago since i heard from them and as i said it's now been almost 2 weeks since it supposedly shipped. i know they probably use a cheap method to ship (they say USPS parcel), but nothing takes 2 weeks from two points within the CONUS. so either USPS lost the package or it never actually made it to USPS. either way, they still haven't responded in several days and i don't expect i'm getting anything. i asked for a refund. i'm going to go buy an apple leather case tonight i think. if the spigen stuff ever shows up i'm just going to return it. which is a shame because i also ordered some back and side protectors with the case and now need to order those from somewhere.

i think i remember my last spigen order taking a long time. but nothing like this.

good idea. worth a shot. i'll file a complaint with the BBB if i don't see anything or hear anything by friday. might move things. i know they're probably swamped with 5s-related orders, etc but they managed to respond quickly a week ago but all of a sudden are totally unresponsive.
 
Spigen tough armor

I ordered the tough armor bundle on 9/29, recieved a shipping notification on 9/30, USPS finally acknowledged that they had recived electronic notification of the order from Spigen on 10/2. Still show up as "pre-shipment" on USPS. I really hope I do not have to wait two weeks for my case!

this is what i did. not sure if i even had an option to go through amazon like the others as i did the tough armor challenge. anyway, i'll let you know if i ever get it. or if they ever respond.

They are unresponsive to emails, do not even have a telephone number to call. I ordered a case on Sunday that was in stock and ready for next day shipment, has not yet shipped and it's already Thursday. My son's iPhone 5S is getting scratched every day as a result.

Worst customer service I have ever seen.

I ordered a bumper from them a while back and it came very fast. I just did the tough armor test and got a code from them recently. Now you guys have me hesitating.....

Ordering it on Amazon still goes through them.

*The phone number 949-502-5121 seems to work if you need to speak with someone.

Good lord. What a dumb way to do business. Communication is the key to good customer service. They don't seem to have it. They have nice products, but so do dozens of other companies. I'll try the phone number tomorrow. Thanks for that. I couldn't find a number for them no matter how hard I tried. Very helpful. Like another user said, my phone is getting dinged up by the day. Hoped I would have had a case by now. If I had any indication this is how they run their business I would have paid for expedited shipping, bought through Amazon or simply gone with someone else. You'd think getting a shipping notice would be a fairly good indicator your item shipped. I guess not. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Maybe that will help, too. Will work on getting a refund at this point instead and will buy the Apple leather case I wanted. Good luck to the rest of you that ordered recently, especially through that Tough Armor challenge. Hopefully yours arrives soon.
 
I did not buy one of these Spigen promo deals when I heard of 2 weeks shipping backlog. Also their tough armor product scratches very easily.

Damn, I ordered through Stack Social. Still I have not receive any info from them about shipping. On the Spigen site they say my order is processing, whatever the heck that means.
I hope the case is solid. I had one of their products in the past and it was great. We'll see.

I ordered the same deal, and it's been showing "electronic shipping info received" since wednesday.

It took forever for my order to process too, to the point where i inquired about a refund, but they didn't reply to my refund request until AFTER the deal expired, and i was told "There's nothing we can do" since the deal was expired.

Mind you, that was the Stack Social team, not Spigen. Needless to say, next time i order Spigen products, it will be through Amazon
 
I ordered from them on tue from ebay and it shipped the next day. My stuff is due to be delivered tomorrow (mon). I ordered two cases. I also got the glass screen protector from them (due fri). Just my experience.
 
I have sent three emails trying to cancel my order and have not heard back from them. I am even using their Order Cancellation form on their website and still nothing.
