Anyone else have issues with delivery and customer service through Spigen directly? Tomorrow will be 2 1/2 weeks since I placed my order and 2 weeks from the ship date and nothing. And the USPS site only mentions the 'electronically notified by shipper' business, no tracking detail. I have contacted them and they initially responded a week ago and said to contact them again if it didn't show up by Saturday. Contacted them again and now 3 days later and no response.
