Well today, after multiple emails, phone calls and a BBB complaint (and no product), they finally sent me a refund notification. I'll keep an eye on my bank account just to be sure. I had asked them in lieu of a refund to send the product overnight if they ever figured out whether or not the product shipped. But that's apparently not happening. I suppose it's possible the items were lost in the mail. But I just don't think they ever sent it. The USPS tracking info never updated (still hasn't) beyond 'shipper notified) and they never responded to any emails where I asked them to verify whether or not the product actually shipped (not counting the first one where they said it did ship on the 18th of September). Will rely on a different company for cases and screen protectors in the future. During several weeks when I could have had this stuff protecting my phone, I experienced a few bumps and bruises. I had a bumper from them before and though it seemed like a very precisely made product, it was really tough to get on because there were 2 pieces (hard and soft) and the rubber stretched very quickly and I only got a couple of months of use out of it before it was kind of worthless.
