I love my Spigen Tough Armor case and Crystal Clear screen protectors...but they have the worst customer support department in the universe. There is no 1-800 number to call...and they dont believe in replying to emails. Pretty screwed up if you ask me. Good products...terrible customer service.

I ordered my SPIGEN SGP SGP10570 Case Saturn for iPhone 5S/S gold from amazon got it in 2 days. Amazon is the way to go. Now I wonder what I would have to do if I have warranty issues:eek:
 
I would just order from Amazon if I were you. It's usually cheaper anyway. And then you don't have to deal with the horrible customer service.

By the way, for those who don't know, if tracking shows up as "electronic shipping info received" or something like that, basically all that means is that a shipping label is created. If it's stuck on that status for days, then the shipper probably hasn't shipped your order. It's probably still in a warehouse with the shipping label.
 
My tracking status has been electronic tracking info received since 10/8. I ordered through amazon on 10/4. Ugh!

I ordered my Spigen iPhone 5S / 5 Case Neo Hybrid EX Slim Metal from the Spigen website on September 26th. It arrived today, October 11th. I received the original shipping notice on October 5th. It shipped via First Class Mail.

I am really happy with the bumper. It took a little bit of work to get it on and lined up but now that I have it on, I absolutely love it. It looks great on the phone. The champagne color really does a great job matching the Gold iPhone.

only bad thing about ordering from amazon is missing out on the special. on the spigen site i can get film for 6 bucks if i order a case. i cant get that from amazon... but i guess the 4 or 5 buck difference, not including shipping is worth getting it sooner than later

got my spigen neo hybrid in champagne today. its really nice was pleasantly surprised. comes in two pieces with the white bumper part and then the gold part that goes around it. complements my gold iphone nicely.


Just saw this thread and I got mine Thursday..

Nice case and while I too wonder how long till the white bumper turns it still looks really nice and shows off the phone well.

While it is not the tightest fit and you can pull it away from the sides a little it does sit nice on the phone and all the buttons work flawless so far. The stock headphones and charger go in without any issues.

So you should stop buying their products so they get the picture. I had an ok experience with them a few years back, but decided it was enough BS to make me take my money elsewhere.

True BUT I have had it say that before and received the package. I think in that case it wasn't scanned. Funny that I was getting angry and about to contact the company when it showed up. That would of been a foot in mouth call for sure.
 
My order from them direct has been in pre shipment for 5 days. Ordered from Amazon and already using...

Calling AMEX on Monday to contest charge...
 
I ordered from eBay last Wednesday and the tracking number has not scanned. It was created, but never shipped. Gonna wait till next week and if no update, may have to give em a call. they have not replied to any emails.

Good product, but I have to agree with the others, the recent customer service has been really bad. Wasn't always like this, have purchased from the before when I had iPhone 4 and always got prompt replies, accurate tracking info. Things have changed.
 
I purchased two tough armor cases and two glas.tr slim screen protectors from the Spigen website on 10/9. Billing info received on 10/11 and it left CA on 10/12. I should have it by tomorrow according to the USPS website. Seems like a realistic time frame for cases coming from CA and to MI. Maybe I'm just one of the rare situations where shipping happens how it should from Spigen? :confused:
 
For anyone who ordered the social stack bundle and haven't received their bundle yet, I was able to email customer service and get a response from them.

"We are very sorry about your package not getting to you yet. We have discovered very recently a large amount of our orders were returned back to our facility due to damage to the package. Over 300 packages were returned to us. We are currently reprocessing all these orders.We are so sorry again and ask for your understanding. We really hope a negative feedback can be avoided since the situation was out of our control. : ( If there is anything we can do for you to avoid this, please let us know and we would love to help you out as best we can."

They have been very responsive to all my questions and emails since (maybe i just got lucky). I'm checking on the date that they will resend all the orders that got damaged. I'll keep everyone posted.
 
In NL here. I ordered directly from Spigen site as Amazon UK and DE didnt have any of the Slim EX Metal in stock, i ordered it a week ago and it arrived today.

sadly, my issues are not that the delivery was crap, but that the case is very loose. it feels really slack and absolutely not what i expected.

Now that I've raised a ticket on the Spigen website and read this thread, im curious if the UK customer service is any better..

Interesting.

My tracking is showing that my bundle has at least made it to Canada, so hopefully i should have it within the next few days

This sounds like total BS. 300 packages returned due to damage? They must have the worst luck ever. :rolleyes:

I ordered thru ebay. Tracking # does not show any activity. I just today received a reply, 5 days later telling me my order is ready to ship.

The weird thing is, I contacted them thru eBay and asked for status of my order. They just refunded me thru Paypal. No response, no explanation. Then I get the reply that my order is ready to ship.

The customer service is unorganized and really amateur. Any decent eBay seller can get orders out within 2-3 days. Most get them out the next business day. You reply to your customers, you treat them with some basic respect.

This company has decent products, but the service is very bad.
 
I emailed Spigen. Not good :( Poor customer service. I might as well file claim on my credit card at this point. Or maybe wait it out?

I ordered the GLAS.T SLIM NANO for the iPhone 5s from Amazon, twice...

First order was back on September 26th. That JUST shipped out today.

I ordered a second one for a second phone on October 10th. That one ARRIVED on October 12th. 2 days for the EXACT same item, and I'm still waiting for the first one to arrive.

It doesn't feel loose or clicks when you hold the phone ? Does it feel solid in other words ?
 
Well it turns out the UK Spigen service seems way better, as i emailed them and got a reply within 24 hours, saying the case was designed to be slightly loose at the sides....which sounds stupid to me...

but anyway, its settled down.
 
My tracking finally updated yesterday to Accepted at USPS Origin Sort Facility. That's after 10 days being stuck in electronic tracking info received. It better be worth the wait, although I have an Element Sector 5 en route:)
