Placed 2 orders almost 2 weeks ago and another 2 last week. Still haven't gotten anything yet. Spigen tells me they're shipped but none of my orders show any movement past UPS or USPS shipping label created. Wonderful.

Don't give up hope. The case I got was shipped via Mail Innovations -- a partnership between UPS and the USPS. Tracking didn't show anything until the day USPS delivered it to me. Innovations is known for its slow ship times, probably caused by the handoff between UPS and the USPS.

Yeah, tracking with UPS Mail Innovations is always interesting (and slow) because they have to transfer it over to USPS to reach its final destination.

I was able place another order off of Amazon Prime that I got in two quick days. I'll make sure to just go through them from now on and make sure the order is "Fullfilled by Amazon" instead of Spigen.

I ordered my gun metal color slim armor with kick-stand case for the iPhone 6 Plus from Spigen through Amazon on September 13th. It was marked as shipped on Sep. 17th and I just received it today, Sep. 27th. So that was a total of 10 days to make it from California to Colorado using UPS Mail Innovations. What a horrible shipping method. They could have strapped the package to the back of a turtle and it would have gotten to me faster. I sent Spigen several emails during the 10 day shipping period and never got a response. The tracking number they provided was useless and never had any specific details other than "in-transit". Ordering directly from Spigen really sucks. Once Amazon gets them in-stock the ordering process will be top notch because Amazon is the best when it comes to ordering and delivery.

Just got an email update.

Shipment delayed by another two weeks. That's in addition to the two weeks that have already passed since I ordered it.

Think it's time to cancel this order.

I disputed my transaction from my credit card and for some reason they quickly shipped the case.

Yeah I got that email also. I've been trying to cancel my order for a while now with no results. I'm gonna escalate the PayPal dispute tomorrow.

I order my Neo-Hybrid Gun Metal, through Amazon. I paid for expedited shipping. Amazon said In Stock 9/15. I got a shipping notice 9/17. It actually shipped in the 19th!!! I didn't receive the item until 9/22. Ironicly, no one bothered to pick up the mail that day and I was disapointed that I hadn't gotten it yet. I went on to Amazon.com and they said it was delivered... Oops. So I got the mail at 1AM. :D

I emailed them, about why it took so long, and why did I ever bother with higher shipping costs. They did send it 2 Day Priority USPS.

Later I thought, I will ask them about buying multiple color rings, keeping the rubber case and occasionally swapping out the colors.

NO RESPONSE WHAT SO EVER... I think they just turned on auto delete for their email.

Their cases are nice, and handsome, so I don't understand the missing comm. PR really sucks. BTW: I live in California.

Just want to add my 2c here. I ordered a Neo Hybrid Metal for my 6+ on or about the 12th of Sept. I received it yesterday, installed it in less than a minute and found that it works perfectly. All buttons are in alignment, keeps the phone's slim profile (as opposed to the tougher "armored" style cases), and offers decent (I hope) drop protection. All in all, I'm happy with my purchase.

Lol yeah I finally got an order to arrive (Thin Fit A case) and noticed how much their packaging has changed for the worse.

I'm not that surprised though. I swear, the packaging that they used to have was probably more than the manufacturing cost of the case. They had some heavy duty packaging.

I emailed them to multiple addresses multiple times and they have not responded to my cancellation request so I went to PayPal this morning and fired off a dispute with instructions to CANCEL. I want nothing to do with that company! I also got the delay email #1 then received a #2 and so on...

UPDATE: Delay another 2 weeks :(

Ordered a Slim Armor through Spigen's store on Amazon on the 09/21.

Received a shipped notice on 09/25.

USPS Tracking finally started showing movement on 09/29.

Arrived on 09/30.

Ordered a Slim Armor from Amazon on 9/12 and received it today. Pissed about the ship time, lack of communication, and pathetic $3 refund I was given that was supposed to make it all better. And now I have the case and don't even know if I like it. Ugh.

I don't have any sympathy for the OP

I just don't think it is reasonable to expect over the top customer service for a $15 product with extremely unpredictable demand

You're speaking with no understanding of Spigen's history.
They are known for taking money, issuing tracking info that does not work and zero communication. It takes several weeks to get your order. If you have a problem and need to return it, good luck!

This is not a case of a consumer being unreasonable. This is all about a company who refuses to ramp up staffing to deal with product launches. They must be severely understaffed and unorganized if they cannot deal with the changes that come with product launches.

2 weeks? They do not have the product in stock and are awaiting their stock to arrive. What other logical explanation could there be?

They have so many orders that it takes them 2 weeks to ship out one case? I find this hard to believe. They cannot be selling millions of cases.

This is just poor business planning and execution. Detailed long winded excuses like this suggests that they know they're wrong and trying to damage control the situation.

Ignoring a customer, then telling him his product is 2 weeks delayed when you advertised it was in stock - this is bad customer service.

I cancelled my order and was lucky to get an immediate refund but looking at the negative reviews on Amazon about the cases and the poor shipping times, I am surprised that so many people buy their cases

Are all of the late shipment notices from the official website ? I ordered on Sunday through the Spigen account on Amazon and it is showing preparing for shipment ( est ship date is today and tomorrow, and I have not received a delaying notice ). I don't want to keep my phone naked for two more weeks and I need to know if I should just go buy a case at a store.

I ordered a Neo Hybrid EX on Saturday the 27th because it showed In Stock, I have yet received a tracking notification and Spigen won't respond when I contact. I ordered through Amazon, should I be patient or cancel my order?

People buy their cases because they are awesome cases. I'm not defending their launch-time business practices in the slightest, just the products themselves (at least those I've used). They're cheap and they're great.

Now, I did NOT purchase my Spigen Neo Hybrid or Neo Hybrid Metal case yet because I didn't trust the "we're guessing these are the right specs" thing. I get that being 1st out of the gate is important, but not at the expense of a screw up. So I'm going to wait for reviews on the updated Neo Hybrids to come out (i'm concerned about the aluminum version denting easily when dropped). So we'll have to wait a bit on that.

I did order the Tough Armor case in gunmetal, and that's great. I wasn't as concerned about that because there is a bit more margin for error with that sort of case.

But this bait-and-switch ordering BS is just insane. You expect it from small-time ebay or Amazon sellers, but not a legit company. Shameful!

Took me forever to get mine, and it sucks.. great. lol. Glad I went ahead and ordered an Apple silicone case. Hopefully it's nicer. :)
