Ordered on the 12th, still not even dispatched.

The one I ordered says shipping in 3-8 business days, that's if I order it now, so I better be getting something soon or :mad:
 
I ordered 2 Neo Hybrids and a GLAS.tR on the 13th.
After numerous emails, I requested a cancellation on the 19th.
Spigen replied on the 24th and said they would process my refund.
Refund showed up on my CC on the 29th.
Today the items showed up.

Amazing isn't it? What a completely dysfunctional company. Cannot handle the volume of orders, cannot keep track of orders and after refunding the order, they still shipped it anyways.

A refunded order was shipped. This company must be losing money. I can't understand how they can do stuff like this. I'm actually embarrassed for Spigen now.
 
So I looked at my transaction history and see that the payment charged was gone, I didn't even cancel the order. Maybe Amazon will charge it again? Hopefully they don't cause now I want to order a different case since Spigen failed me.
 
I ordered a case a while back with a shipment date of oct 15. Okay, but it's been in "Preparing to Ship" for the past week? I've tried to cancel but since it's in "Preparing to Ship" I can't cancel it on Amazon so I sent spigen two emails to cancel my order. I've heard no reply yet :(

Mine also says preparing for shipment but I do have the option to cancel, I'm going to cancel now, I'm annoyed.
 
I cancelled my 2 Glas T's through Amazon and was sent a refund and then the items were still shipped.

To bad the Glas is about 1mm thinner left to right than the Zagg. The Zagg is barely usable and the Spigen in current form is just trash.

I'm going to hold on to mine in hopes they revise it soon. Then I will order the revised version and return this one in its place.
 
I ordered directly from them in mid-Sept and have nothing to show for it. I did find their phone number and they do not answer it plus the mailbox is full and none of their employees answer their extensions either so I left them a few messages. :mad:

Then I called Paypal after days of going around and around with them trying to get a dispute refund, I am done messing with PP as well. When I called them today they said they would get with the Spigen account rep at Paypal and see if they could get my issue refunded sooner than the 11 days from time of dispute.

Spigen hasn't answered a single email either. What a fraud!
 
We consider SPIGEN as our competitor and while I understand how frustrating it must be for all of you to deal with this bulls***, I just want to say I'm fairly certain that they (SPIGEN) is also frustrated as well.

I think what ended up was they just had simply too many order and not enough people to fulfill them because of the overwhelming response of iPhone 6. So they had their customer service representative on shipping duties as well, so they were unable to respond to customer emails in timely manner. (Our own iloome customer service team was unable to send out emails for 24 hours because the email system told us we were sending out too many emails and blocked us from sending more)

That being said, every single one of you have every right to be pissed off and I'll make sure that iloome never treat our customers the way SPIGEN has as long as I work for this company.

After waiting 15 business days I couldn't wait anymore so I've decided to just order a different case. I just order the Incipio NGP. It's already been shipped and I should receive by Tuesday or Wednesday. Incipio was my first case I ever had for an iPhone (iPhone 4) and I loved it. The reason why I didn't order with them in the first place is because at the time (September 13th) they were just taking pre-orders for NGP. That's why I went with Spigen because the Capsule was "in stock" (LOL).

As far as should I just cancel my order with Spigen? Na, I don't want to go through all that hassle. I'm curious now if I'll ever receive this case. It wouldn't surprise me if I receive it not till the end of October.

I received and ordered the Spigen Ultra Hybrid right around when we were getting the phone. I got it in like 3 days but honestly, it would never be worth the trouble some are having here if I knew then what I knew now so I feel bad for you all. I mean I sent an email with a question on something a month ago and never got an answer to that but at least it was not the case. There are enough great case makers out there to have to put up with what some of you are putting up with. I was lucky to get mine in 3 days (1 day after phone arrived) but just from reading this, I won't ever order one again. Again, there are just too many good similar ones out there to put up with the stuff I read.

Anyway, I wanted a clear case and I had the Spigen Ultra Hybrid on my phone until now but the buttons were so darn hard to push that I decided to try the Ringke Fusion in clear and I got it yesterday and like it so so much better. It is also clear and made from the same materials but the buttons are unbelievable so much easier to push then my Spigen. I grew to hate that case because you had to be strong to push the buttons. The Ringke has the button that sticks out more and is so easy to push. The Spigen is just covered by the plastic and is very hard to push IMO.

And the Ringke has these little dust caps over the two holes in the bottom (that can be easily cut off if you don't like those but I kind of like them now). It overall just seems better quality, down to the thank you note and the free screen protector you get in the package (well it says you do but honestly I already had one so I threw out the packaging and I think it was in it if I got it lol).

I guess I have to go back and read what the trouble was with the Zagg screen protector. I have the HD and it fit well and I like it.

They sent out a package for the button fix, and you know what was inside? It was an empty sleeve for the button pieces. lol. Yeah, they spent the money on an entire shipment for a single set of button fixes (when I needed 3), and the sleeve was empty. So I just received an empty package from them.

They also ignored my cancellation requests, and sent out a shipment a week after it was supposed to be delivered. I refused the package a week ago, and they still have not refunded. No response to A-to-Z claim.
 
Their support and return department is just god awful

I pre-ordered 2 of the Neo Hybrid and 2 of the Neo Hybrid Metal from their ebay stores and turns out all 4 are having problem

Neo Hybrid suffer from the non-responsive buttons and Metal has flopping wobble back around the apple logo cut out

The button stabilizers they promised to send out still stuck on shipping label created dated 9/15!!!

I tried e-mail their support from their homepage and tried again to contact them on ebay and all my attempts were not answered

So tired of waiting, I initiated return on ebay and they received the cases back on 9/27

As of today, I still have no receive my refund and 2 more attempts trying to contact them this week again went unanswered!!

I am going to wait til Monday then file official complain with ebay, paypal, and my credit card company
 
I ordered mine the neo hybrid ex series gold for iphone 6 plus on sept 13 and got it yesterday. Buttons are working fine. No stabilizer needed. but the sides feels loose. The aluminum bumper i got from ebay feels better than this. But i'll try spigen and see how it goes.

The label was created today at 6:56AM. Now I wonder if they'll ship it out today because if they do I'll receive by Tuesday. I live in Northern California and it's coming from Irvine (which is Southern California) so it shouldn't take along time to get here

Sad to see how bad things are going with processing orders. I placed my order for a 6+ slim armor case on Amazon 9/26 and I just received it today. I can't complain but after reading this thread if I was in the same situation as some of you I'd be pissed. Luckily I'm a satisfied customer....hopefully they send out some coupon codes or something to make it up.

Because it costs them literally pennies to make these cases, postage costs them more. :/

If you want your money back faster, try contacting amazon support they're awesome and if you explain the situation they'll probably close it and give your money back on the spot.
 
So I just got an email from Spigen yesterday, 10/3/2014. They said that they apologize for the delay and that my order will ship out on 10/04/2014. When I first ordered, Amazon provided the following details:

Shipping estimate: September 15, 2014 - September 16, 2014
Delivery estimate: September 18, 2014 - September 23, 2014

Here's the text from the email:

I filed a claim with Amazon and got a full refund within an hour, I suggest doing the same. Spigen is horrible.
 
Ordered the Neo Hybrid Metal yesterday from amazon, ETA is tomorrow...yes, sunday. Shipping only a few hrs North of here. I'll do a detailed review of that.
