Many of us here have the same Email - But we also have an Order status screen that says “ Pending “ On our Gold ( All GB sizes ) hows your ordwe status page looke? Any Pending
I’m sorry just checked it’s saying pending for the Gold. I not worried I’m sure it would arrive the same day.
Gold Is back ordered For warehouse Arrival ( Says Csr that i wouldnt depend on lol ) But lets cross fingers ! Were all still in the same boat
Hey guys. I am not a Sprint customer. I got my T-Mob pre-order in. But my buddy is a Sprint customer. We keep seeing conflicting info. Does an iPhone 7 trade qualify for the full discount or does it have to be iPhone 8 or higher? Also... can he get this deal if he is 6 months into the "free unlimited for a year" promo?
Has anyone's tracking gone behind "A UPS shipping label has been created......."?

You should be fine for Friday. Same model/same thing happened to me and I got a ship notification today. I’ve done this since the 4S with all kinds of different ship dates but always had my phone on launch day. Patience is the key, it’ll be there.
I woke up as well to shipment confirmation and both are on my UPS My Choice. Just waiting for UPS to pick up from sprint and get it to me

I ordered my Gold over the phone 64GB on Saturday around 11:00am too. Hope I get my shipping notification soon. Still pending. My space grey one is shipped already.
XS / XS Max order timeline
9/15 - 10:30 am called telesale and upgraded 3 iphone X to 2 XS and 1 XS Max; all 64gb and gold
** I tried to do it around 4am online but it was saying I had to pay $84 to return my son's X and that was not working for me. I got all 3 X on launch last year so why would 2 upgrade and not the 3rd; I'm not paying you and returning a device, kick rocks. I spoke with 2 reps who told me I had to wait 15 days, called a third time and the rep was able to reset my upgrade status for my son's line. So if you have issues online, call telesales and keep calling until you get someone with a brain.
9/16 - Sprint sends shipping email with tracking number saying all 3 phones shipped; however, the Sprint order status page only shows the shipping of the 2 XS. The XS Max 64gb gold was still pending.
9/17 - Sprint sends email that my return kit for the line with the XS Max gold was sent but phone still pending
9/18 - still pending
9/19 - woke up to shipping email for XS Max 64gb Gold. Order Status page updated from Pending to Shipped. Done with Sprint until the iPhone 11 Max comes out.
9/21 - deliver by date.
Now I just hope UPS pays attention to the address. I pray it's my regular delivery guy.

Just got my shipping confirmation number from Sprint. I ordered around 5:00 am on the 14th online.
