XS / XS Max order timeline
9/15 - 10:30 am called telesale and upgraded 3 iphone X to 2 XS and 1 XS Max; all 64gb and gold
** I tried to do it around 4am online but it was saying I had to pay $84 to return my son's X and that was not working for me. I got all 3 X on launch last year so why would 2 upgrade and not the 3rd; I'm not paying you and returning a device, kick rocks. I spoke with 2 reps who told me I had to wait 15 days, called a third time and the rep was able to reset my upgrade status for my son's line. So if you have issues online, call telesales and keep calling until you get someone with a brain.
9/16 - Sprint sends shipping email with tracking number saying all 3 phones shipped; however, the Sprint order status page only shows the shipping of the 2 XS. The XS Max 64gb gold was still pending.
9/17 - Sprint sends email that my return kit for the line with the XS Max gold was sent but phone still pending
9/18 - still pending
9/19 - woke up to shipping email for XS Max 64gb Gold. Order Status page updated from Pending to Shipped. Done with Sprint until the iPhone 11 Max comes out.
9/21 - deliver by date.
Now I just hope UPS pays attention to the address. I pray it's my regular delivery guy.

I ordered my Gold over the phone 64GB on Saturday around 11:00am too. Hope I get my shipping notification soon. Still pending. My space grey one is shipped already.
