Yeah, my experience with Sprint pre-orders for years has been to not sweat what date you get. I’ve gotten everything from launch day to weeks after and I’ve always received my phones on launch.

As I said, don’t sweat it. Got my order in about 10 minutes after the website went live and original email had 9/21. Received one around 8 AM that morning stating 9/24-10/1. Just received the above.

They won’t deliver before Friday because that’s release day and Apple won’t let carriers deliver before then,the only thing you can do is have UPS hold for pick up.

I’m confused...I preordered a silver XS Max 256 GB on Friday 9/14. Since then it’s been pending with an expected shipping date between 9/24 and 10/1. As far as I know, I should at the very least have an estimated shipping date just going off what others here have said. Any insight on this? FYI this is my first iPhone preorder and upgrading from a 7 plus.

I place two separate orders with the gold being ordered first. Then ordered the grey 64 gb max and I got shipping confirmation for the grey on Saturday. Ugh

So I’m trying to get my phone to be held at my local UPS center, but it only gives me the option of having it delivered to another address. Any ideas as to why that is?

Orderd 64gb Gold max an 64gb Space Gray max. I ordered my phones this past Saturday 9-15-18 then I received an email saying they where back order 9-16-18 I live in Illinois an a notification today 9-18-18 my items has shipped!
