Was able to order through Sprint.com at about 2:21 and received confirmation email. Sprint app never did come online. However, they charger a $10 overnight shipping fee, something thay have not previously charged.
No idea, the website just finally loaded lol. I wish y'all the best of luck, I'm off to bed!
Confirmation email at 3:28 EST for 2 XS Max, Gold and Silver, both 64GB!!!!

Last year, I went with best buy for iphone X and it was so smooth. This time I was adding a line, so I am giving sprint another chance to take over my life for a month or two!!

Yes I did. I had 3 different tabs open and they all refreshed but themselves when the website went live.
Well that was painless for once! App never came up but I was able to complete my purchase and received the email at 3:09 AM EDT. Now the wait begins for that big brown truck on 9/21 carrying my 256 Max Silver!
It keeps telling me I have to use the app and the app isnt working. Wont let me order on the desktop.
Finally got through! All ordered! Off to bed!

I'm trying to purchase but I get an error message whenever I submit payment. My bank account shows I was charged though. Typical Sprint.

Just ordered gold xs max 256gb confirmed and shipping still says by 9/21 I ordered through app quickly and I did reserve my spot in line yesterday.
