My 128GB blue pro says 11/3-11/9. The sprint rep told me the shipping estimate doesn’t factor in the priority reservation status and it will probably still be next week. That would be in line with what I experienced last year. If you did a priority preorder and placed the order within the first hour or so, I wouldn’t worry about the shipping estimate it’s giving you.

I got a much better deal through Sprint. $415 for my iPhone X plus $200 loyalty credit. This applied to two purchases So $1230
How do you get loyalty credit? Ive been with them for over a decade so I’d love to cash in on the trade in if I could squeeze $200 more out of it.

I ordered a IPhone 12 Pro 256 Silver. I used the priority status pre order and completed the order at 5:30 am pacific time. My account has been credited. My question is the people who have their shipping confirmation, when did you order your phones? I know that they are different then the one I order. Just curious.

With priority status the important thing is when you submitted the reservation, not the actual checkout time. It’s like lining up outside an Apple store, but virtually. From when pre orders open (5am PT) you have 48 hours to complete checkout. My reservation was Tuesday evening.

Thank you for responding so quickly. I totally understand what you mean with the priority status thing. I didn’t submit mine until Thursday. It’s all good. 😀

Just got a tracking number for mine. Status says shipped, but probably just the label has been created. Priority ordered Thursday (may have been Wed night).

Got a shipping notification hopefully it’s for both as the email says return kit will be shipped with device.. now have to do the process over in 2 weeks for the pro max lol.

Ordered about an hour after opening because I was mulling over the 12 or 12 Pro. Ended up getting 128gb pacific blue 12 pro. Ship date 11/3-11/9.

it was automatic for me. This applies to Sprint as well.

I have a funny feeling T-Mobile placed all the orders and after they get them they route them to Sprint who then sends them out. They probably get some type of volume discount when they order.

I ordered 2 gold iPhone pros in the first hour of the pre-order and was given the November 2-9 date for shipping. I ordered over the phone and the rep did not know why the date had slipped.

I received my updated status last night. Looks like the shipping label is created. Hopefully that means a delivery date earlier then November.

Mine:
Device: IPHONE 12 PRO BLUE 256GB KIT
Ships by: 11/10/2020-11/16/2020

I did the priority order as well, upgrading from a Pixel 4XL. No credits for people who had Android which is crap, so my payments somewhere around the 33.00/month range, with a 149.00 deposit. I guess it pays to be loyal to Apple.

I may be trading up my iPhone 6S for a 12 and have been with Sprint for 11 years so there is another discount on top of trading it in. If I did this, I would pay a down payment ($79.99 + $66 in taxes) at one time, and then $13.95 for twenty-four months. Do you think this is the best deal that Sprint will have or will there be any better deals during the holiday season?

Wow it just keeps getting better and better. :(

Expected ship date: November 24 - December 05

It was two rounds of that junk yesterday that compelled me to cancel my 12P 256 blue order from Sprint and reorder it directly from Apple. That’s some serious bait and switch from Sprint.

Their chat reps know nothing either. He told me that all orders for the 12 Pro Blue are set with the expected ship date of 11/24-12/5. Anyone else on Sprint order this same phone? I would love to hear from you!

After seeing delays pop up every time I checked, I was told by a Sprint chat rep the same thing yesterday, except that they all were set for a Nov. 17 ship date. Either they're making it up or the Sprint database is constantly pushing off shipment and delivery. (Again, that's why I pulled the plug - so to speak.)

Wish I could. I'm currently at month 12 with my Pixel 4XL. So no upgrade program with Apple this time around.

Longtime lurker and Sprint customer.

Ordered 3 upgrades:
  • One 12 Red 64GB
  • One 12 Pro Gold 256GB
  • One 12 Pro Blue 256GB
Did the Priority status on Wednesday AM and completed it 5 minutes after go live on Friday. Right off the Pros had release date same as the regular, but less then an hour later got the "delay" email saying the Pros had been pushed to 11/10-11/16 but the 12 was still on track for release day.

No other email updates about dates changing and only other email is the "your shipment is on the way" email from Saturday evening that lists all three devices in it but when I check the status on the site only the 12 and the return kits are listed as preparing to ship and the other two now have even later dates next to them.

I'm not as worried as I could be because all of those here that had similar dates on their single 12 pro devices but also got shipment notifications makes me feel like the preparing to ship email list all the devices is correct and their system just hasn't changed to reflect that is more likely.

Also checking the UPS info lists a weight of ~4lbs which I know isn't always correct but gives me hope that it's 3 phones and 3 return kits rather than one phone and kits.

Fingers crossed that it's true as I don't want to go through the delay issues from the 6 that we had with sprint where it was over a month late.

That's the same weight as one phone.. I ordered one and it's weight is 3.8 on ups.
