Carrier SPRINT Iphone 12 Preorders

Yeah got the run around from Sprint order support this morning. Told me to ignore the email I got over the weekend and that the two Pros were backordered but "good news is that your preorder status means they will get priority shipment when we get them in"

At this point the dates on my particular model/size/color have moved from early November to the last week of November /early December. I guess I will wait and see how it shakes out toward the end of the week and if nothing else cancel those two and preorder the Mini for my wife and the Max for me...those will probably come in before the dates on the pro 12s right now.

You are all so lucky. I ordered my silver 128 pro before 5am pacific time. My email receipt says 7:58 eastern time. My estimated shipping date says nov 17 - 24. This sucks

I ordered the Gray because the shipping seemed the fastest of all the colors but I actually had my heart set on a Silver-- how likely do you guys think the chances are that I could go to a Sprint store on Friday and exchange my Space Gray for a Silver?

Not bragging at all-- my experience in these pre-order threads is that tracking when we all get shipping and other notifications helps others who pre-ordered similar models at similar times. Shipping often adjusts multiple times up to the release, I wouldn't get discouraged yet!

Thanks Eyerolls! I've been through preorders with apple and Sprint a bunch of times and I agree that it's easy to get excited and discouraged as the machine that gets us our new devices works in mysterious ways.

I also agree that it is not something to start worrying about at this stage. The only time I had anything close to a really bad experience was with the 6 and Sprint dropped the ball a bunch of times and many of us ended up without a device for weeks after we should have had them.

I also agree that it is not something to start worrying about at this stage. The only time I had anything close to a really bad experience was with the 6 and Sprint dropped the ball a bunch of times and many of us ended up without a device for weeks after we should have had them.

Yup, I waited 3+ weeks during the 7 launch and this forum was the only thing saving my sanity. Sprint is just...kinda bad at this. At one point we were tracking UPS planes from China daily!

Hey all! Signed up for priority status on 10/14 @6:17pm central time. iPhone 12 Pro gold 128gb. In my original email, it said shipping 11/03-11/09. Then when I logged into my sprint account it said shipping 11/10-11/17 (was super bummed out). Today I received a tracking email that my order was ready to ship!! Hang tight, I think flights are coming from China every day until launch. Fingers crossed for you all!

Anyone seeing any movement on theirs yet today? I would expect the ones with UPS data would leave the hub some time today if they are actually in stock and ready to go.

I already told my son I would be very jealous if he got his a month before I got mine 😄 but happy to see anything move for anyone.

My label is still saying it hasn't made it to UPS yet. Hopefully they get that done today...

Ordered on 10/16. iPhone 12. Red64 gb. Traded in a iPhone 8+ - Too good of a deal to pass up. Credit Card was charged Saturday. Have a tracking number but it has not moved since Saturday. Hoping I receive Friday.

That model/size/color seems to be on track for launch deliveries. That's the same one of my 3 that is listed out as shipping soon.

I order a pacific blue 128 pro Friday morning, got an email saying shipping out on 11/3-9. Yesterday got an email sending it ready to ship with tracking number. Right now it sitting in Louisville

If you've received a tracking number or have an order status that has moved out of "pending," share your city with us if you'd like to and let's see if nearby areas are getting labels printed before others.

It's crazy how some customers are getting tracking numbers and the rest of us are getting nothing but delayed orders. It's Wednesday and mine is stuck on pending. Friday is a day away and there's nothing on our order updates.

i live in Illinois. an hour west of Chicago. I did the preorder Thursday I think. Finalized the order Friday a.m.. CC was charged Saturday and I received an email with a ups 2day tracking number on Saturday. Saying order was ready to ship. Went with the iPhone 12. Red. 64gb. So hopefully for Friday and maybe seeing some movement in the tracking number overnight
