there is no rhyme or reason guys! its just gonna happen when it happens, or it isn't. i ordered @ 8:30am on the 14th I am an existing customer and don't have my email or tracking number. still no update on order status.... lets just stop looking for a pattern there isn't one. hopefully all of us that were entitled to a phone get one. if not there is always at&t!
