I am a new Sprint customer as well and didn't have an account, but then I remembered the day after I ordered I received a confirmation of paperless billing and in that email was my new account number 🙂
 
i used my account number and tracked it by reference number and its scheduled to come tomorrow, still no email and sprints webpage hasnt updated mine yet but it worked on UPS with the account number as a reference number.
 
I'm glad everyone is getting their tracking code, so it turns out its sprints fault as number was there but they aren't bothered to update their site but who care at least we got them 😀!!

CONFIRMED this works (unlike the previous Mail Innovations thing.) I ordered a 64GB Black on 9/15 and my package comes up!

EDIT: Your account number is in the email from Sprint titled:

"Welcome to Sprint BAN#XXXXXXX"

Where the X's are your Sprint account. I still haven't received tracking info on the MyOrder page, but this works and shows departure from Louisville.

A couple of days ago I signed up for the free UPS "My Choice". I set preference to receive text notifications. The UPS site says Friday end of day and the text I received half an hour ago from UPS says "will be delivered between 1:30 and 5:30 pm" 🙂
 
I also just got my tracking number from UPS! Package weight says 3.00 lbs, is that normal? I only ordered one phone.

Hmm, usually it's roughly 1 lb per phone. One of my shipments is 2 phones and it's 1.70 lbs. Better check your bank statement!

as I mentioned before. keep an eye out for early delivery, apparently things change on one of the biggest delivery date of the year.
