SPRINT iPhone 5 PRE-ORDER thread!!

Delivery Pushed to Monday!!!

Has anyone else received an email saying their package is now going to be delivered on Monday the 24th? I just got an email saying that! When I look at the tracking number on UPS it says Scheduled for Early Delivery On: Friday 9/21/2012 and an Originally Scheduled For Delivery On: Monday, 09/24/2012. I called UPS and they are saying since Sprint shipped the phone 2nd day air I wont get it till Monday. I ordered a Black 32gb at 430am EST on the 14th.

I didnt receive such an email, but I do see on UPS where it says it was originally scheduled for monday. All i know is tomorrow I better get it because I ordered at 3:20 when their site came back from crashing.

Yeah once I tracked it a few min ago it had that message of originally for 24th but rescheduled for early 21st Friday delivery :) and it's in long beach I'm in L.A Cali so that's like 30 min away!!! :apple::cool:

If it's sitting there, can you change the delivery for pick up and just go to the Hub to get it and not have it be delayed until Monday?

Same here in long beach I live 20 min away hehe :) so if anything ill go pick it up.! I'm ditching work. Might get a warning. Have to make a really good excuse.!

I've dealt numerous times with UPS and their policy is that you are not able to pick it up from the hub/distribution center until after they make their FIRST delivery attempt and you have the notice they left at your door. That is, unless you sweet talk them at the hub. A friend of mine has done it before. :)
 
Congrats to all of you that got their phones or waiting for their order.

I unfortunately have to wait as I'm on an employee line and can't order til at least Nov or even Dec, as I did with the 4S.

You all are reading way too deep into the tracking. It says "Rescheduled Delivery: 09/21/2012".

Breathe.

I ordered on 9/14 at 2am PST, I had noooo idea that I was originally scheduled for Monday delivery. I don't know why but this new development has made me uneasy.

I got the same thing...had no idea of Monday delivery especially since I made the cut-off time with hours to spare. I did receive a tracking number yesterday and it appeared as if it was moving.

I just knew I would awake and find my phone had arrived at the UPS (litterally 5min from my house) ready to be put on a truck for delivery.......NOT!!! It's still in KY..... WTH?? THAT'S NOT GONNA MAKE THE TRUCK FOR TODAYS DELIVERY!!!!! Now I might not get it until Monday???

This is some trickery!!! :eek::confused::(

think its time to give sprint a call. mine is out for delivery..
 
Mine went out for delivery 26 minutes ago!!! Omg I hope I get it before I have to leave for work in like 2 hours.
 
Mine was "Out for delivery" at 2:48 AM. UPS typically gets to my house after 4 PM. Since I came to work early thinking I could get home before then, I hope they don't deliver this thing early and end up with no one there to sign off on it.
 
Mine made it to jacksonville Florida and sayS left for shipping at 5:57 can't wait to chat with everyone about our phones we are like a family now lol
