I wouldn't trust that AT&T isn't doing the same.

Haven't seen anything like that on Verizon as far as actual experience goes.I know Verizon does the same. It's pretty standard among cell providers in the US.

Hopefully they are just testing how far they can go with it and will pull back on the levels they are using.
It has been affecting me too in southern WI. Im on the everything 500 plan. I noticed media starting to take longer to load yesterday, noticing the greater compression after seeing this. I would imagine the delay is the images/media going through their recompression algorithm. Hopefully they are just testing how far they can go with it and will pull back on the levels they are using.
speak for yourself, I and many other have great sprint service with great LTE service and enjoy not having to check your data usage every other day to stay within your "cap" limit.
I wouldn't trust that AT&T isn't doing the same.
