Well it is good to know I am not the only one, did you receive a return kit yet? I have not, but was told it would arrive with the phones. It just seems kinda lame they charge first for a program they endorse. If I had not turned off auto-bill-pay I am assuming it would have went ahead and charged my card.
I received one kit, but not for the other two lines because I had an activation lock on my phones (find my iPhone), so i turned it off and order support sent out a kit to me.
I've gotten a lot of different answers regarding the kits, I honestly they its too new and they are confused. I will just return the phones and hope for the best. My billing period ends on Friday and she told me if the 1000 dollars is showing as a collectible amount to call 844-804-8691 option 3 and they will make sure they don't seek collection for it in the meantime.
