Well it is good to know I am not the only one, did you receive a return kit yet? I have not, but was told it would arrive with the phones. It just seems kinda lame they charge first for a program they endorse. If I had not turned off auto-bill-pay I am assuming it would have went ahead and charged my card.

I received one kit, but not for the other two lines because I had an activation lock on my phones (find my iPhone), so i turned it off and order support sent out a kit to me.

I've gotten a lot of different answers regarding the kits, I honestly they its too new and they are confused. I will just return the phones and hope for the best. My billing period ends on Friday and she told me if the 1000 dollars is showing as a collectible amount to call 844-804-8691 option 3 and they will make sure they don't seek collection for it in the meantime.

Edit: Also, my bill is due in 2 days (fully paid off before this). I hope they don't say I am overdue because of this, but I am not paying the "lease ending fee".

the wait has been torture especially since I sold my old phone on Saturday and am without a phone till this gets to my doorstep. Didnt realize just how much I rely on it and feel weird without it

I sold my 6 last month before a ton of used iPhones flood the market. I've been using my sister's old Samsung Galactical Space Odyssey S3 since then and I'm dying here.

The drama continues. Sprint SUSPENDED my account because of the balance on there, that they told me wasn't an issue.

But apparently because its over a grand of lease termination charges, they suspended my account. So now i'm dealing with that.

These charges shouldn't even be on my account, yet they suspend me.

Just wanted to let you know in case you have a similar issue.

Ordered my rose 64 plus and a 6s in silver around 12 pm the 6s shipped my plus hasn't. Really hoping I get it close to launch. Anyone else in the same boat?

That just happened to me today too. Took two hours to restore service. They said it was because I didn't turn in my old iPhone yet... but I explained to them that I hadn't gotten my new phone yet. That was an interesting afternoon. Ugh. Did your problem get fixed?

Hey there - I just got off the phone with some guy named Wade. He reserved the charges on my account and told me he's not sure what the issue is because those charges were not even tied to a current lease agreement which allowed I'm to remove them. My account is now back to normal.

I can tell you, that based on experience you have to call a million times to get the RIGHT rep. I spoke to probably 10 people today and only one was helpful.

Good luck, I hope you can get them removed too.

I better get my preorders from Sprint or someone is going to fly to China and get one for me, lol.

The iPhone forever program is so new that none of the reps know what they are doing. At least the issue is resolved for now and ill monitor my preorders from here on out.

Once again an example of good idea, poor execution. Since these are termination fees, there is no reason they should be charging these until the 30 day return window is up. My guess this was something overlooked when rolling out this plan and this is the fallout. I had a $300 charge show up on my acct and I was also told it would be removed when I return my phone. I would suggest returning it at a corporate store and getting a receipt. And I still have a feeling getting the charge dropped will require a CS interaction. Deal with Sprint long enough and you don't have much confidence with them getting things right. But I am usually able to get it fixed.

BTW...I have had the best success with Sprint support by tweeting at Marcelo and SprintCare. I don't even call anymore.

After an hour of trying to get an iPhone forever plan maybe I can save someone some time here.

If you want to change your payment plan from easy pay to iPhone forever they have to cancel your order OR you can take a chance there's an actual corporate store who will be willing to do a return and ring it up under the new payment plan for you.

My local stores said upfront they would not do that for me so this is how u would do it.

I cancelled my order for 128GB iPhone 6s Plus SG on easy pay via order support (not telesales). I was told I'd have to wait up to two days for eligibility to reset.

I then immediately called back and spoke to customer care and had a supervisor reset my eligibility after he confirmed order support notes for the cancellation.

After attempting to order online and it still showing me having an order in progress I called telesales: 1-866-275-1411 and they confirmed what was said and my elgibility and processed my order.

This was insane the amount of issues I ran into. I went through executive escalations via Twitter yesterday and was told half a dozen different things but ultimately the steps I listed above (even when some reps would say wait this long before u can order) got me my new order put in.

Hope this helps someone

Glad that worked out for you. What's the shipping timeframe on the new order?
