Sprint iPhone Pre-Order Status Thread

I've been there, I grew up in Pocatello, Idaho gets shafted a lot.
 
I never got a confirmation e-mail or anything, but I did try the BAN# trick.

Mm my order been in cali for 4hours now still says scheduled for tomoorow I wonder if is truth I'm in las Vegas Nevada BTW

This is a pleasant surprise. Earlier this week Sprint sent me an email saying that the iPhone I ordered was out of stock and I just checked my UPS tracking and it says that my iPhone is already in my city with an estimated delivery of tomorrow.
 
My phone is in Baltimore! That's only 90 minutes away, I'll have it by lunch tomorrow. That sound you hear faintly is my happy noise.
 
Delivery

My UPS tracker says "out for delivery". I realize that might not make sense, but that's what it says! I live in Salt Lake City.

Annnddd....now I'll be up all night waiting....and waiting....wondering if a midnight UPS man will arrive. ;)
 
How do we activate these things on sprint? I will be getting mines earlier in the morning while i'm at work? I know with sprint you have to open the phone etc. Do they need the serial # etc.

Just go to sprint.com/activate and follow the directions. You don't have to call them, the process is super easy.
 
Thanks guys. This was the main reason I was asking. Tomorrow I will be in my work truck. I wanted to charge my phone with my car charger and try to activate it over the phone off my other line, but I don't think it will be that easy lol. I was thinking you don't have to take the battery out etc.
 
How long does it take to activate? Is it practical to switch between two phones frequently using the Sprint site?

Thank goodness.

UPS is scheduled to delivery mine before the end of the day tomorrow, cannot wait. Wish it would come in the morning so I could charge it and play around with it a little bit before work, but as long as it shows up before I leave for my evening shift I can give it a few hours to charge at home safely out of my twitching hands. :p

Iphones charge really quick so 2 hours is all you need unless your using it a lot while charging :D one thing I like about them :)
 
I can't wait to get an iphone so I can take pictures of my Samsung Epic to sell it off.

There's some sort of irony somewhere in here.
 
Mines just updated says it's on the vehicle for delivery, they could deliver right now if they want to.. i don't mind :D
