Unfortunately it's true. I pre-ordered with Best Buy as well and have not received anything either. It seems like a lot of people are experiencing the same thing.

I gave up yesterday and ordered directly from Sprint. I bet it still arrives before Best Buy's "pre-order".

I may do that tomorrow. What's worse is that people I know who ordered from bb days afteri did, have already received their orders. Wtf?

Ordered two black 32GB through the Sprint Referal Program on 10/31. According to that site it was a two week wait.

Checked my order status this morning and they are on the UPS truck for delivery already. I'm very pleased and quite surprised.

any updates on this? i currently have NO PHONE because mine broke and i'm wrangling with sprint for an early upgrade. it looks possible, but then what is the quickest way to go about it? order from apple? in-store pickup? can i walk into a sprint location unannounced on a good day? I probably will just be getting a black 16gb, nothing fancy.
