Sprint really does suck... And on 2 bars of service in a city that has not officially launched LTE.
Ah now if only this were the norm and not the rare exception for most of their network then you would have a point.

You are on Wi-Fi.
My speeds are pretty bad too. Almost as fast as dialup. almost.
...but...but unlimited data!
Look better at it, I took the screenshot while I was on wifi the test was done on LTE.
I know the pain, and looking forward to to network upgrades here soon. Sprint 3G is awful.
This what I average daily off wifi in Denver.
T-mobile is going to pass Sprint in LTE pops well at least in Dallas they will and they haven't even announced it yet. I know several people who are using it all over DFW. I can't wait to leave.
It may have deployed spotty in Boston. Everywhere else a nice warm blanket of LTEYup, I wouldn't be surprised if TMo is deploying at a significantly faster rate. All those years of completely ignoring your network in top metro areas and failing to have the proper backhaul has come back to bite them in the ass. We have been seeing reports of new TMO LTE markets every few days. Not the case with Sprint.
But both of their deployments have been super spotty.
Phoenix. Supposed to start December 2012 and finish December 2013. By April 18, 2013 PHX was at 19% with a completion date of January 2014. By May 28, 2013, PHX was STILL at 19% with a completion date of APRIL 2014.So I went over to S4Gru for giggles to see just how pathetically slow deployment is STILL going for first round markets (started last fall). Even worse than I thought
ZERO markets are completed yet.

All have been delayed by a significant amount. Only one near 100% is Chicago. Places like Baltimore, Central Jersey (supported to be done by 2/13 and it's 38% done!), LA, and San Antonio are almost a year behind
The second round and 3rd round markets are still backed up.

Just some food for thought, AT&T (143 markets since January 2013) and VZW have much much more in the same period of time. AT&T announced 79 markets to be done by end of Summer 2013 and before summer has officially begun (6/21), 45 markets (56%) are already complete. Sprint is a year behind schedule, whereas VZW will be done with their initial nationwide rollout by the end of the month and AT&T by early next year.
Your 3G speed is fast too. I'm routinely getting ping times of 500 to 1000+ms with average speeds of 0.2mbs.Wow, ok, as Ive shared before, I have the iPhone 4s and on 3G Its not fast, sometimes close to 2 MB. But my Brother just got an android 4G device from Sprint and the 4G works here and his speed test was over 19MB. I was like, DANG, you're lucky! Lol! So on 4G it looks like Sprint speed is good here. Poor me. Lol...

I would LOVE to have 3G speeds close to 2mb! The best I've gotten in recent months is 1.7mb and that was a one time fluke.
That is from Sensorly, they're user submitted maps. It does not show the whole picture.

June 15, 2013, PHX is at 23% with a completion date of JULY 2014!
So, you're right. About a year behind. What I hate about s4gru is that they are a bunch of apologists over there who refuse to believe Sprint can ever do anything wrong. Debate is treated as whining and apparently whining about Sprint is against the rules! This is one of the reasons I will NOT donate to s4gru, despite their precious donor maps.

Funny how I'm getting 29 down 9 up. According to your map I should have no LTE. It's obvious you don't travel often.
