I'm voting for fake on this. The background is a gradient. The text color is probably white and the phone just screwed the white balance up. It looks like a real apple side. It's the "120 GB Flash Drive" thing that's making me go against it.

the last line says 3G HSDPA and 802.11x
HSDPA is High Speed Down-Packet Access

Hey eating hat would be helluva less of a hit on my lifestyle than losing 40 Gs. You'd be suffering for about a day but then you'd eventually flush out all those cotton fibers.
 
How often have these "Spy Shots" turned out to be true. Now I am thinking it is fake. I guess we will see in 12 hours from now 🙂 (More like 11)
 
Looks like the rumors of Apple Phones have been fully replaced my the ultra portable Mac...

and now its 10:59hrs
 
If this slide shows up...

I'm going to try my best to go spoiler free for the keynote... No Mac sites... No news shows on TV ("Apple, Inc.'s stock jumped up $30 a share when earlier today they announced...") 😱 For the most part, no Internet at all other than email. Hmm... This could get tough. I tried the same thing for MW but wandered into a techie Mac based discussion list (routed into a folder with mail rules) where they mentioned the iPhone in the subject. So much for that surprise.

I've signed up for the Spoiler Free notification, which, as it appears, will let me know when the streamed version is posted, but I'm REALLY hoping they'll post the podcast (QT) version right away as well. It takes about a week to be able to view the streamed one at more than one frame every two seconds (if you're lucky) due to heavy traffic, so they may post the podcast version long before the streamed one is even watchable.

Anyway, regardless of how I watch it, if that frame does show up during the keynote I will be literally ROTFLMAO, just because of this thread. Everyone in the house will think I'm nuts, wondering what's so funny about "that". It'll take me 5 minutes just to stop laughing enough to talk. 😀
 
Definitely fake. I agree with someone else here who posted that this does not look like Moscone West...

Also:
Specs would for a tablet, but just doesn't make sense.
120Gb flash drive would be way too expensive.
Programmable LCD keyboard?? Why would you need a keyboard on a tablet? you write on it!
+ it makes even less sense on an ultraportable, as a second LCD to be used as a keyboard would not be very energy-efficient...
 
I don't think you'll ever see a flag at WWDC on stage either. Plus that's way too small for even the reduced main hall.
