One request (from me, nothing official), for those of us still following who is getting what -

can people please set their location in their profile? It takes a minute and stops all the redundant "where are you?" when you post your updates.

Thanks!

Edit: Because people will ask, I live in New Hampshire. We don't have any sales tax or income tax so my Apple gear is just slightly cheaper. I used to live in San Francisco (9.5% Sales Tax). It always hurt quite a bit when buying a MacBook pro.

Update: 13 Hours after I was charged (1:30AM to 2:20PM), My delivery has just changed its status to "Shipped"

Tracking number does not work yet but I can only assume that means I'll have it tomorrow morning. UPS Usually drops off around 9:45AM at my office.

Am I the only person on this boat? Ordered at 7pm on the 10th after trying it on.

Patiently waiting a July delivery.

Yay, I received my shipment notification for my 42mm SBSS Watch! Looks like I'm gonna get to play with a watch over the long Memorial Day weekend. ^_^

Here's my timeline, for those of you still waiting.

10-April, 12:04:51AM PST: Timestamp on order confirmation e-mail. Delivery estimate of 13 May - 27 May.
nothing for what felt like forever...
19-May, 2:18 PM PST: Text message from my card issuer (Discover) showing a pending charge of $69 -- the price of AppleCare.
19-May, 7:50PM PST: Text message from my card issuer (Discover) showing a pending charge of $1186.92 -- the price of my SBSS Watch & 8% sales tax.
19-May, ~8:15PM PST: Logged into Apple Store and checked my order, showed status "Preparing for Shipment"
20-May, 11:27AM PST: E-mail notification from Apple Store that it has shipped.
20-May, 11:31AM PST: Notification on my iPhone from Apple Store App that it has shipped. UPS doesn't know about the tracking number yet.

Is it weird that some of the newest shipped Space Black watches were produced weeks before ones that were shipped last week?

Got my dispatch email at 18:01 UK time today, will be delivered tomorrow by UPS! It is the 42mm version! Hope everyone gets their orders soon! :apple:

How can I tell if Apple tried to charge my card and it was declines?

I never received an email from Apple or notification from my bank about my decline. I logged into the check order status page on the apple store and at the top was some red writing that said I needed to fix the charge.

Question...if you pick up at your local UPS hub, does the status change in the tracking? To "ready for pickup" or anything. My tracking shows that it arrived early this morning. UPS just opened but I don't want to drive there if it's not ready yet.

Yes, I was a little pissed that I didn't get the email notification. I did for my space gray sport watch (that I sold for $850 without opening..one of the hardest things I've ever done LOL).

I'm just a few seconds later... I'm hoping to see a charge, or anything today!

It should change but doesn't always. Mine changed 30 min after I picked it up. As long as you put the request in by I believe 5 am which is before they start loading trucks it should be there when they open. I put the change in around 3am and had it in my hands a few min after 9am when they opened.

This was for other watches I ordered still waiting on SS SB with xx:06 email confirmation.

I did the same thing. Good thing I got rid of the SGS in 2 days. Any longer I would have opened it.

I'm going to wait and see about the SSSB! I should order a spare right now just in case someone "has to have it" right now.

Looks like no movement today..

I'm trying to remain optimistic that something will happen this afternoon, but I'm losing that faith. Every day I wake up without an update :)05 order here) is another disappointment.

Like everyone else here, I truly didn't expect to be at the very end of the first delivery window by only being 5 minutes into pre-orders.

it looks like Apple are only shipping out 1 batch of SSSB a week :(

Ant

Yeah, also note all flights from Hong Kong are delayed...

See the bright side(Sarcasm) My delivery window is June and Apple is going to sell the Apple watches in store staring June. I will continue to see people getting watches in store and I will still be sitting till end of June to get my watch...
I'm so frustrated at this point!!!

If that starts happening, why wouldn't anyone waiting for a June/July pre-order simply walk into a store and check for their desired watch in stock? If it's in stock, buy it and go home to cancel your pre-order. That's the beauty of not being charged upfront, only when it actually ships.

Or am I missing something here? I guess this would really only be possible for people who aren't near an Apple store. Being in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, I have 3 within an hour of me at any given time so I guess I never think about that.
