Well, my brothers in arms it's time to say goodbye. My watch has arrived, updated, setup and is now comfortably on my wrist after removing 1 link.
It was a tough road but I'm finally moving on to other threads, joining the brethren of Apple Watch Owners in that great haptic feedback cloud in the sky.
Before I sign off, I did want to share a few photos. The wait is worth it. Stay strong, head high. Your day will soon come.
This thread kept me entertained, informed and on the edge of my seat for the last 6 weeks. Thank you all.

open time of uk apple store
i just checked a time stamp on a photo i took at the shop it was just after 8 am they came out and started taking appointment times for 9am i was first in shop to a number of staff clapping as they do , ordered the watch in first 10 mins .

Oh, so you ordered it at the actual retail store, as opposed to being online (and ordering much earlier).
Well, with any luck Apple will catch up to the backlog in the next couple of weeks.

Im starting to worry though, as 4-6 week deliveries on other 42mm say estimates for june 26-july 10. and im not even in there, just 'July'. Hope its not more like 'almost august'

Mine was delivered today but I'm in the UAE so nothing for me until the 28th but still, I know I am luckier than some who have July

No. We've seen a few Junes get charged and ship in the last 12 hours. Their window didn't change before. I'm thinking my earlier suspicion was right. We're not getting a date range as Apple's trying to have us filled much sooner.
you can still order now for July shipment? Wow. Wonder if people interested in the SSSB just weren't ordering when they saw the lead time, or if apple is catching up on production...?

That's the second 06 in this batch - first one was from Aus.

Which one? There's going to be gaps due to shipments to different geographies.
Hopefully we see more today and tomorrow. Last week we didn't, but we haven't been getting shipments long enough to see if there's a pattern yet or not.

Nice to see other country orders after the 06 mark getting charged. I'm a xx:06:50, badically a 07 in the Midwest. I'm really hoping this is apple catching up and sometime this weekend mine ships.
I've been watching flight tracker like crazy and I'm see more planes then usual but that could mean anything. Right now it's helping me believe for SBs are coming over and hopefully that stays true.
