If you look at your bill, it should say what your return date is (the end of the window). People previously said it's actually 14 business days (so, more like 18 days, due to weekends).

Actually, that scratch should be on top of the DLC coating. You should be able to just buff it off. If it's more stubborn, you can use gun oil or nail polish remover to rub it out.

Unless your seat buckle was made of diamond, I really doubt it actually scratched the DLC coating itself.
