I've finally found the Space Black club! It's been hard enough just to find photos and videos of the finish, which I'm sure you all agree, is hands down the most beautiful Apple Watch.

I ordered at 3:03am and received the standard "May 13th to May 27th" delivery estimate. No updates yet, but fingers crossed.

I'm going to sticky this thread - I think that this may be the earliest source of information on our delivery dates - if we all stay diligent and post back when we get our shipping updates.

I'll post here the moment I see any sort of update on my Space Black as well.

Ordered at 3:01(EST). I'd imagine we won't hear anything until the 1st of May but I'm remaining optimistic that the dates will shift down. They have to have made somet.

I ordered at 12:01 and got a June shipping date. The Space Black is the only option that appeals to me.

Glad to see all of the posts. I believe we should see something Wed or Thu. In the past I've received my iPhones on Mondays instead of Friday. I would be happy with that. But then again June is not that far away ...

I'm really surprised that there seems to have been zero launch day availability. Strange. I'm holding out hope I'll see it Friday even if it is a long shot! I at least hope I see it before the 13th but I feel for all those June orders out there! I think this model is well worth the wait.

No stores that I've been in have even had them available for try-on. They're probably among the lowest-yield due to the complexity of the band and the additional processing required for the coating.

I hate how I was charged by the Apple Store just for the AppleCare+. Companies know how to mock me as I always seem to purchase the most complex of models: Mac Pro, iPhone 6 Plus, Nexus 6 White... now a simple SBSS Apple Watch

I'm just glad there a thread for this model! We're a small crew - so we can keep each other up to date on progress!

It indeed is looking to be as per the given delivery window. At the moment, I'm hoping by next Friday (1 week early given this model started at May 12/13th)

Apple watch Stainless Steal Black with Link bracelet thread

At the moment a lot of people are talking in threads about both the link bracelet and the sport band products. Just thought it would be better to have a separate thread as the link bracelet doesn't seem to have any movement at all yet. Post what time you ordered and what country and any other information that you have regarding the product :D

Apple watch Stainless Steal Black with Link bracelet thread

Mines a May dispatch and I hope it stays this way. Now the watch has come out if they tried to charge me for the band they would be in for a disappointment lol.

If this is true you got shafted. I ordered at 12:05 and got May 13-27. Did you get 38mm or 42mm?

I got the 42mm and I do feel shafted. I ordered my wife's 42mm SS with Milanese loop two minutes later and got 5/13-5/27. It seems this version was not ready for prime time. As annoying as this launch is, it is great press for Apple. No matter the reasons for delays, we are all desperate to get our watches.

I'm really starting to think they needed to use the full stock of black SS watches to do try on models in the store and the way it's sounding they may not have even had enough watches for that. Not sure why that happened though they had to know how many watches they needed for try on versions so I'm guessing there are production issues behind it. So maybe that's why everything started in may. Hopefully once they get that sorted out we should see a bunch of shipments at once when they get the first manufacturing batch done. So I'm guessing they just flat out didn't have any at launch, didn't even have enough for in store try on appointments and that first delivery range is when the first manufacturing batch can be finished.

my store only had the 38mm available for try on - Staten Island, NY. I tried it on and I'm glad i got the 42mm. Still no movement on my order though (4-6 week club)

I to am waiting for a change in shipping status. My order got in at 3:03 CST. Still no change. Just processing. I for one want a brand new watch. Am hoping they ship me one brand new and don't re-package one of the try on's. I'm picky like that.

They would never, the try on models will remain try on models, people will still be trying them on in 3-6 months.
Never fear :)
