i love Steve but he looks just awful.

And there's something about Steve jobs drinking Starbucks coffee that doesn't sit right with me. I don't really know why.

It's not starbucks they were at: Calafia

He's very into simplicity and minimalism, just look at the way apple products are designed. I think its a conscious choice to wear a simple black turtleneck and jeans, even though he could easily afford any clothes he wanted.

Once again,it's not a turtleneck and I've yet to see Jobs wear a turtleneck. Can anyone find a pic of him in a turtleneck?

Anyone else think this is a little too public? And it's not a very comfortable place to sit having coffee—no matter how good the food is. I imagine a couple of billionaires could have found a more comfortable and more private place for coffee and a chat, unless they're being deliberately "public".

Is this how they squash a rumour in sily-con valley? Media says these two hate each other's guts. Be seen being nice to each other in public.

Of course.

I love how so many here buy into this crap and denounce these things as PR stunts with no evidence.

A man can't have some ****ing coffee with a friend? Damn.

Here's my take. Jobs/Apple has some dirt on Google or Eric. Is black mailing to use it if Google doesn't do what they want. But Google won't help Apple if they leak the dirt. Job's says... "They're (public or press) is going to see it all eventually (meaning the truth is going to come out eventually) so who cares how they get (i.e. how they find out.)

reflection in the window

To the left of Steve is a reflection in the window, you see two men--one is holding a reader board--probably the scrip that Steve is using. Or is it Woz, with his new Ipad? :apple:
