Good to hear. Hopefully this means a tablet, if there is an event at the end of the month.
Meh on the tablet. Yeah on the Netbook.
Looking forward to seeing Steve in action again, but hopefully not to just tote around "Jesus-phone 3G, revision 1".

Why would Jobs return at the end of June and miss all the big fun next week?
Because he has something "funner" to show people before he calls it quits.
He's old, has had treatments of two lethal forms of Cancers, cant digest Proteins, is literally starving to death and cant possibly sit in a court room for more than an hour.. that is the Fk about "dead man".
He deserves rest!
@FJ218700:
True, but again in benefit of Apple, he probably would've liked to stay at home or a non-attending Chairman or something if people had faith in the company to perform without him! Clearly thats not the case if an announcement of 6 months med leave plunges the stock to ~$80 from ~$120.
As someone who bought the 1st generation iPhone on June 29, 2009, ...
Maybe this is the new iPhone he announces (not sure if it's legit or not, but one helluva sweet looking device): http://www.bestiphonehelp.com/_Media/iphone-pro-2.png
Why would you Microsoft to die? If your company is doing ok, isn't that enough? Apple will never be able to kill Microsoft. The best chance they had to do that was during the Vista period. Windows 7 is coming. Project Natal looks amazing. Apple has its own objectives and schedule. Apple is, above all, seeking to make money. They don't care thta much about share market as long as they make money. They don't need to destroy Microsoft as long as they make money.
well, how about this??
Steve Jobs Will Be Back To Apple w/ a Media Event on Monday, June 29th!
Why?
well for a couple things:
- June 29th IS "the End of June"
- Media Events Are On Mondays
AND
- It's the iPhone's 2nd Birthday!!!
What Do You All Think?!![]()
There is NO way Apple/AT&T would not allow any iPhone user to upgrade to the new iPhone. I bought the original and the 3G on their release dates, and will do the same on the V3 phone.
As a matter of fact, I just looked under my AT&T account online and it shows that I can upgrade my iPhone today which wasnt the case a couple months ago. No waiting...Obviously they cleared the requirement as they did with the 3G to allow current iPhone users to upgrade at the product launch.
