iCampus was "a research collaboration between Microsoft Research and MIT whose goal is to create and demonstrate technologies with the potential for revolutionary change throughout the university curriculum."

Once again, the video has the answer. They're going to keep employees in both of them.
That was what was planted on that exact location before Hewlett-Packard built those buildings.
the architecture of that building looks amazing. love the courtyard and trees in the middle and that its being designed to be eco friendly.
