Innovation/ Design- The entire computer line up is outdated and overpriced.
What true innovation has been done in the last 10 years?? None.
Mac Pro- A failure
Macbook Pro- 2016+ - Another massive failure
iMac - External design not updated in the past 10 years.
Mac Mini - After 4 years of not upgrading, same old design and 70% more expensive.
Macbook Air- 20% more expensive without, anyting that will justify the increase.

Except the watch, which is great, I do not see a product that has been innovative.

30 Inconsistencies

DESIGN-
new design that have soldered RAM and SSD soldered to the Logic board, making computers non-upgradable and more difficult to fix. But worse than that, is that they are forcing the entire Apple customers to upgrade the internal SSD at Apple ridiculously expensive prices. So basically, they do not care about design, they are simply trying to milk more money out of its customers.

Quality control-
Macbook Pro 2016- Major problems with keyboard.
iPad Pro- New Bending feature that Apple fails to recognize.

Shady issues about MacBook Pro

I guess we do not need to define what constitutes overpriced...

Oh, my, you are amazing! Every of your posts is basically full of whining and complaining!

Do you ever get bored of it? How can you keep up, and never run out of fuel?

What makes you to not buy Thinkpad and OnePlus, for example, and stop thinking about Apple forever, if you are that much disappointed?

So other than iPhone, HomePod, AirPods, Apple TV and Apple Watch there has not been any innovation and poor qc.
Hence the definitions of innovation are fluid.

Homepod was not innovative. It came late to the market and overpriced. There were many other similar products way before Homepod was released.
Airpods- There are other similar Bluetooth like the Jabras, that are actually better.
Apple TV- What is innovative about it?

Again, the only product that actually was innovative was the watch, which I already mentioned.
Dispite that, the iPhone was already released and only is getting upgrades.

I see that you did not mention a single innovation regarding the computer line up. Hence, lack of innovation applies.
Innovation, means that you also lead, which Apple used to do great under Steve Jobs. Not anymore.

What makes you to keep buying overpriced, underspec Apple products?
What makes you accepting low quality products with keyboards that brake in 3 months.

Is it just me, or several tens of thousands users that filed class action lawsuit regarding the problems with the Macbook keyboard, just to name a few of the quality problems that have been lately happening. Or what happened with the iPhones that Apple did with the iOS so the batteries will not perform as well on older models.

I love, the watch, I love the iphones (although they are obscenely overpriced). That does not mean I have to keep quiet and accept low quality products (the ones that are coming from the entire computer line up)

Nice job failing to answer my question.

You are proving my point about the fluidity of the definition of innovation. All one has to do is say:”what’s innovative about x?”.

The computer lineup has the Touch Bar. Innovative, yes.

To me Apple has been innovating HomePod, iPad, IPhone etc. hence my statement.

What is Innovative about Homepod? Nothing. It came late to the market and overpriced.
What is innovative about a Touchbar? You might say it is innovative what it means it is.
Especially when no one likes it, gets in the way of productivity, gets rid of the esc key, and it is a mere excuse to overcharge $400.
Innovative would be if they make the screen touchscreen, or if they can make the trackpad a touchscreen pad, or they make a more durable hinges that let you turn your laptop into a tablet.
They innovated so much that actually lost one of the best features ever, the Mag-Safe. Please...
Yeah... I guess the Macbook was a great success hit due to the touchbar. Features speak for themselves...
So I guess not much of an innovation there...

And you are not innovating when you come almost 2 years later into the market with a product that is more expensive (Homepod).

Again, we have our differing definitions of innovation. Nothing wrong with that. What isn’t innovative about HomePod and touchbar?

Entry into maker has nothing to do with innovation.
