Craiger, dude, have you called FedEx and talked to a live rep?
Per the info you've provided, my phone is in the same shipment group.
The FedEx rep I spoke with earlier this afternoon confirmed the AK 3:20 plane from yesterday diverted to Louisville, KY then was sent later this morning to Indy.
Man you hit the jackpot then because I called THREE times. 2 said it was in Indy and one said in Louisville. And the one that said it was in Louisville said I wouldn't get another update until tomorrow morning and I wouldn't get the phone until Thursday...
anyone else find it kind of funny that Anchorage's airport code is PANC? Just add an "I". Made me gigle. Now... when will my phone be in LA?? 
Seriously people, there is plenty of time for all the planes with all the phones to get to Memphis tonight in order to make the sort and catch a plane to everyone's city. Most planes arrive into Memphis between midnight and 2am, the night sort takes a very short time considering how many packages go through each night. The sort goes down each night at the same time, almost to the minute.
The planes leave Memphis for the destination cities (eastern timezones first) and land around 5-6am. Plenty of time to be sorted again and make it onto the delivery trucks. Memphis has a flight every night to every major/minor city. The Indy sort was built to take some of the load off Memphis to ensure everything made it on time each day. Therefor, some planes will go directly to Indy, then on to the destination city.

OK, mine is departed. Its on FDX 9168 due in memphis at about 11:30pm central plenty of time to make it out to my local facility

Hebron/Erlanger is really the same thing (FedEx CVG airport presence, basically) and it's where the home delivery trucks pick up their packages. Looks like a good chance I'll get it tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

had the same status...just departed fedex location in anchorage at 2:53 AK time...hopefully headed straight to newark
That is a Memphis flight. I didnt see any Newark flights today on the scheduled departures.

Thanks. Cutting it close for delivery tomorrow being routed through Memphis. Looking like Thursday for me.
So my friend has this info for hers coming to LA... there is hope for So Cal if it is the same schedule as yesterday. All times are PST. Its 4:13 PST now so looks like there should be a FedEx flight to Oakland at around 6 PST.
