I was tracking two Fedex flights going from Alaska to Indianapolis International Airport.

According to Flight Tracker Pro on my iPhone, FedEx 14 was diverted and it looks to have landed in West Lafayette, Indiana at Purdue University Airport. The weather was really bad last night, so that doesn't surprise me.

The other plane, Fedex 22 landed in Indianapolis. I think my phone is on either plane. Fedex tracking info still says it's in Alaska though. I just think because of that diversion, it hasn't been updated yet.

Mine's stuck in Alaska too. Ordered a 32GB and I'm in SoCal.

Not to worried yet...even though I have a tab for status that I keep refreshing...haha

I've seen this before where a package seems "stuck" at a local and then the next day there are a bunch of updates and it says out for delivery.

Looks like the diverted plane actually ended up in Louisville.

Then made it to indy this morning at 4:51am

I doubt it would. Storms and diversions happen all the time to Fedex and UPS, I bet.

Here's to that

I know I won't be able to sleep tonight. It either the 23rd or the 28th for me. Damn prescheduled vacation...

Mine has left the Alaska location yesterday afternoon, but since then it has been lost in oblivion. I'm all good since I got the early delivery email which I hope they come through on

Mine is stuck in Alaska with all yours. Been there since 12:59pm yesterday. I got my email from Apple, so here's hoping for an "on fedex vehicle for delivery" tomorrow morning!

Now all my friends phones are in transit FROM Memphis....if they get theirs tomorrow and I don't I'm going to be pissed. We're all leaving for Florida on the 24th morning so if mine doesn't hurry up they'll be gloating all trip!

Jun 21, 2010 12:57 PM_____ANCHORAGE, AK_____Package available for clearance.

32gig. I'm in North Carolina.

I would assume close to 20 hours worth of "inactivity" would indicate a lack of scans and not true "inactivity".

I am not one of the flightaware guys, but I am not sure if FedEx has any planes flying in from Anchorage today. If not, the shipment probably arrived in Louisville/Indy or Memphis early this morning and just hasn't been scanned in yet.

Krustopher,

I live in NC as well, and my phone is currently in Newark NJ as of 2:38AM..Just FYI.

So what's a good time to wakeup you think? 9 AM?

Depends on what time your Fedex truck usually delivers. Mine comes around 8:30AM, so Ill be up at 8

I'm also in New Orleans (Lower Garden District), with FedEx due to deliver my 32GB on the 23rd by 10:30 a.m. The Anchorage "pause" concerned me as well, but I'm trusting in FedEx's reputation and experience to pull through. Hopefully by this time time tomorrow I'll be activated, and can finally put aside my 3G.

Best...A.

Must be nice to plan what time to get up around your delivery guy. I'll be up at 5:30 and at work at 6:30 like usual. Thankfully the dogs won't let anyone miss the doorbell, so someone will have to sign for it! :)

WHO DAT!

....

What I've noticed from us Alaska people is it just says "in transit" for the Anchorage stop. Just like it said "in transit" for Lantau Island. Only one entry.

For comparision, my friends tracking info had two entries for Anchorage..International Shipment Release...then Departed FedEx location...notice no "in transit"...and he went from "arriving" in Memphis to "in transit" in Memphis...

...so hopefully the "in transit" means it's actually moving and not sitting there getting cold...

...hope that all made sense to everyone...

That's what I noticed. When it left HK there was no "departed" update, simply that it was "in transit" until AK. And from AK to wherever (Memphis/Indianapolis) it is "in transit" once again. I'm sure later tonight/tomorrow morning we'll see some drastic updates... or so I hope

That might help explain all our different "in transit" Alaska times. Possible different planes??
