Hi there,

I've been watching my UPS TN since I found it and it hasn't had any updates in over 30 hours!

This is what I'm seeing:
ZhengZhou, China 09/15/2014 11:15 P.M. Arrival Scan
09/15/2014 11:00 P.M. Departure Scan
09/15/2014 9:46 P.M. Location Scan
09/15/2014 9:47 A.M. Origin Scan
China 09/15/2014 8:01 A.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

I'm scheduled to pick it up day after tomorrow morning and it looks like it's still in China? Anyone else have the same status?

Also, on Apple.com my order is still showing as "Preparing for shipment" - WTH?

Is this normal?

With the iPhone 5, mine was still in China according to the tracker when UPS delivered it. So i would just relax

Rather wet in Zhengzhou this morning, but at least it's not too cold. Your iPhone should be quite content there :)

I have the exact same scan as you... Arrived in zhengzhou on Monday at 11:15PM and hasn't moved since. Not worried, I'm sure it'll get here by Friday. If its anything like the iPhone 5 preorders then it could ust go from zhengzhou to "out for delivery." Tracking info should be taken with a grain of salt as its been known to be way off if the pallets skip a scanning station.

I wouldnt be too worried, they are using their overnight service. And just because the website doesnt have any updated does not mean the phone isnt on the move, my friend at UPS told me that once. Your other option of course is to invade China and take your phone by force...

Fly to Zhengzhou then schedule a pick-up there. Problem solved, no more worries. You are welcome. End of thread. :p

Mine says the same thing. But when I spoke to an apple rep (if you can believe him), he told me to not worry and he is showing that my phone is already in the US.

Mine has been stuck on "09/15/2014 11:00 P.M. Departure Scan" since 9/15 at 11pm, lol. I was expecting to see an "arrival in Anchorage, AK" or something scan since then. How long is that flight over the Pacific? ;)

Tak some advice from Alfred.

Don't worry. My phone is in the same boat and phones in the past have been as well. Due to time differences, the phone can leave China late Thursday evening their time and make it to Anchorage Thursday evening. Then it'll be overnighted straight to your distribution center.

Still hasn't updated! UPS claims that they aren't seeing any updates either!

Holy ****, people aren't actually calling UPS and wasting their time with this, are they?

China is about 13 hours ahead of the US. Which means it can leave China tomorrow evening and arrive in the US a few hours before the time it left China.

UPS knows what they're doing, your phone will get here.

I'll throw my own insanity into the ring here (I know these threads are pretty ridiculous in nature, but it's mildly entertaining). Mine has had a status of "Order Processed: Ready for UPS" in Mount Juliet, TN for a couple of days now. So UPS doesn't even have mine yet. I'm not worried, they can overnight it to me, so UPS doesn't even need to have it until sometime tomorrow evening.

Same boat for my space grey iPhone 6

ZhengZhou, China 09/15/2014 11:15 P.M. Arrival Scan
09/15/2014 11:00 P.M. Departure Scan
09/15/2014 9:46 P.M. Location Scan
09/15/2014 9:47 A.M. Origin Scan
China 09/15/2014 8:01 A.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

Different boat for my gold iPhone 6

Nashville, TN, United States 09/17/2014 12:40 P.M. Origin Scan
United States 09/15/2014 1:18 A.M. Order Processed: Ready for UPS

Stop freaking out... Apple will get it to you asap. The fact that it's on its way to you should be a sign that you'll probably get it on Friday. My phone is in the situation but I'm really not that worried about it.

This usually indicates that your phone fell off the pallet at the loading dock. They pile them up and when they have enough they will put them on a pallet and send them on the next plane. Usually takes about 5 days extra.

Our phones must be Pallet Mates...

Mine's been preparing for shipment since Sunday. I'm not worried though. I'm confident it will show up on Friday as promised. Apple charged my card on Saturday, yet my order still won't show my invoice because it says it won't show until it's charged. Go figure.

Mine is also showing: Arrived - ZhengZhou, China, Tuesday, 09/16/2014

Coming to FL as well.
