Quite. And I get the feeling the "OMG I wouldn't pay for that no wai!" crowd are the types that turn into a gibbering idiot when presented with a member of the opposite sex. It seems that this girl just wants a bit of fame. She could have privately auctioned herself off and have not made it so public, even if she was just wanting to pay off or save for her degree then £2.5m is about a £2.4m more than what a masters course will set her back (guestimate, since I only know how much approx a masters would be in the UK). And given that her face has been plastered all over the papers how will she find getting employment now knowing what lengths she'll go to for money?
At least her sister had the better idea by keeping it a little more private.

Yeah, the hymen is so tamper evident. It doesn't always break during the first intercourse and it is often broken long before a girl first has intercourse; what century are we living in that we think the hymen is tamper evident? Maybe on a certain percentage of girls, but this chick could have had it with hundreds of guys and realized she still had her hymen.
There is no real foolproof way to tell that a girl is a virgin.
And she's a slut because she's going to do it with one guy and fund her entire education and probably a few houses while she's at it? I call that smart not being a slut. Some one who's done it with one guy at the age of 22 is hardly a slut, assuming you believe her virginity claim.
That's the thing, if you had that much money couldn't you enroll in a college course, show up in your Ferrari, and pick up at least a few chicks, possible a virgin? I think this is a far cheaper alternative. Not that I condone the idea.
Of course maybe the guy is some sort of philanthropist and wants to help the girl go to college and have a life. Or more than likely the last 2 million in bids were bogus.
