Unfortunately you can't adjust volume if you do this (I tried). So you have to individually adjust to match and then select the multi-output device you've made.

There are other ways to do this, I haven't tried this open source app yet
I tried it and I gave up.
Too complicated and I don’t believe the virtual speaker allocation for spacial sound or even atmos can work well on dual displays.

I switch between screens depending where the video is playing.

And honestly. The speakers are good. But just okay compared to my beosound level in the office. So I still AirPlay to the speaker for music.

They sound good when they're together, but not as good as desktop speakers. I have LS50W II Wireless (connected via Coaxial for max bitrate).

Update on this @Syrianos82, I compiled it into an executablem see attached.

Copy it over to your Applications folder, launch, grant it Accessability if it asks.

I'm able to control the volume with F11/F12 (Volume up/Down with Mac keyboard) on dual Studio Displays. I also set this into Login Items so it launches on fresh boot.

In case you get an issue with Signature of the app, just run

Code:
xattr -cr [app]

My main speakers are having issues, so going to send it to KEF for repairs so I'll be using this as a workaround for now.

Updates on this tool, think it works sometimes and it doesnt (when it comes to F11/F12) but I'm going to keep using it until I find a better solution than installing a more intrusive option. I just need volume control on Multi-output device. Can't believe Apple still hasn't added this capability yet for years.
