I have to say that I am skeptical of the OP. I don't go around just calling people liars, but there are two things that make me skeptical here. And both come from looking at the image attached showing the order...
First, I looked at the distance between "Ordered On" and "Order Number". In the image provided, there are only 9 pixels separating them. On my image, there are 11 pixels separating them. Other images I have found that people have posted also have 11 pixels separating them. Now, perhaps this was just due to scaling the image...however, the height of the text "Order Number" is 9 pixels in both images. That suggests to me that the "Ordered On" was modified and pasted in to the image, 2 pixels too close to "Order Number". That alone wouldn't be enough to make me too skeptical...as images can get distorted. However......
Second, I noticed the "1" in the year "2015". On my order shows a san-serif font for the date...the "1" does not have a "foot" at the bottom. It is just a line that ends. But in the OP image, the "1" appears to be a serif font and has a "foot" at the bottom. I rather doubt that Apple changed the font of their order confirmations between April 10 and April 27. The "2" and the "5" also look distinctly different as well.
Again, I'm not gonna say the OP is flat out lying...but these subtle things certainly raise reasonable doubt in my mind. Particularly in a world where digital manipulation is so easy...
I included my order page for comparison. In particular, note the "1" in both "April 10" and "2015".
