The only thing holding me back from sealing the deal on this case is the hard case backing. I've had bad experiences with my past iPhone 2g and current iPhone 3g using hard cases, because dust inevitably gets between the case and the phone, scratching the the back of the phone, not with long gashes, but small indents due to the specks of dust.
It seems to be an overlooked and/or underrated problem with hard cases in the iPhone world, and thus, I'm afraid this will happen with the Switcheasy Canvas case for the iPad 2. I don't think it will happen in the first few weeks, or the first few months even, but after many months and a year+, it will occur.
(Also, I would prefer if I didn't have to constantly or regularly take the device out of its hard case to clean for dust.)
What do you guys think about this?
